Horrible!!! Do not bring your dry cleaning here. The front end staff was nice but whoever they have taking care of the garments does not pay attention to detail. I brought in a brand new strapless dress to be pressed only. Dress was in a garment bag and had a proper hanger. When return the dress was in a plastic dry clearner bag and a wire hanger with pin holding my cream color dress to it. Needless to say I took the pins off and not only did my new dress (with tags) have holes in it but the holes were black and stained my dress. I brought the dress back and asked them to take the stains out, I was told that it would get done by the next day. Four days later I return to pick up my dress and it is still in the back but it has not been cleaned and now its on another wire hanger by the garment straps around the hanger hook and the straps are damaged. I took my dress and got my money back. I will never return to this cleaners. Convenient yes! Professional no!!

Recently had a fire at our house 5 days before my daughters Junior Prom. Press Express was able to get the smell of smoke out of her dress and it looked perfect!! I want to thank everyone who helped make this happen for my daughter.
