The most terrible service! First of all, during drop off the lady inquired if I lived near and when I went to pick up the 16 items she insisted I put them in the car right away, even before payment. I thought she was being nice. When I got home I was in for a big surprise. One blouse had a tear, one jacket had been burnt in several places, another jacket was not done correctly and looked like a mess, another jacket was not pleated the right way changing the style of the collar. None of the 10 pairs of pants were iron throughly. The fold was not consistent and they did not look like I took them to a professional cleaners. When I called the lady back she was in disbelief and was not inclined to do anything! Do not make the same mistake I did.

i havent used a cleaners in awhile. i wasnt concerned about price just whether it worked or not. staff was unfriendly. maybe it was the heat. i couldnt believe they didnt have air conditioning at such a place. no credit card machine? when i was told how much it was, i was surprised. maybe they had a price menu somewhere, i did not see one. i got home and inspected the clothing. i could smell the cleaning fluid on the slacks but not on my ties. the spots that i wanted removed from the ties were still there and so were the wrinkles from when i had them tied around my neck. slacks were pressed well. i didnt appreciate all the hangers and plastic wrap. i need to send the slacks and at least two ties back, somewhere else.

HORRIBLE CLEANERS & HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! They ruined a sweater of mine, never apologized & refused to refund my money. Truly unprofessional, incredibly poor quality service & HORRIBLE customer service. I would have been better off ruining my sweater myself for free!

RUDE AND UNHELPFUL They lost my pants and had the nerve to say that I lied and picked them up. The women on the phone was so rude about the situation and truly unprofessional.
