ZOOTS in Concord I arrived home on 3/27 to find 2 coats from ZOOTS on my front door. I have not used ZOOTS in many years, so I called them up to let them know they were not my coats (left a voicemail.) I was left a message of apology and told that a driver would pick them up. I left the coats out and on 4/3 they were presumably picked up. On 4/22 I received a bill for $36.45 for the coats. I called up and spoke with Jessica and she told me that they did not have the coats back - hence the bill. I tried to introduce logic to the situation: 1. I never requested their service 2. The coats were not mine. 3. I left them outside as instructed for pick up. 4. I STILL HAVE A BILL. This is the most confounding business practices I have ever encountered. Shocking. What a mess. If you like your clothes - find another way to get them cleaned.
