Called in the morning at about 7:15 am and asked the women who answered if I brought my comforter and mattress pad in within the hour if they would be done by the end of the day. She told me that they could do a rush on it for me and that it would be all set. My husband brought the comforter and mattress pad over to them within 20 minutes and asked them to rush it. He was given a slip that said they would be ready for pickup by 5 pm that same day. At about 6 pm my husband went back to pick up the items. When he got there he was told that they dont rush comforters. They said that comforters usually take a week and the mattress pad could possibly been done in a couple days but they would call us in the morning with more information. When we didnt receive a call, I called them to get an update. The person who answered said the same thing that they told my husband. I then asked them if I could just get my items back uncleaned, because I needed them as it was going to be the coldest days weve had in a while. He told me that I couldnt get my items for a couple days because they were already at the plant and there was no way to get them once they were there until they were done. Are you kidding me?? They were not helpful at all. It didnt even seem like they cared. Needless to say I will never use them again. I wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy...

I brought in a vest, two jackets, two pairs of pants, and a shirt, all to be cleaned. When I checked my clothes at home, I noticed the shirt was creased near the shoulders and one of my very expensive custom jackets was creased, and the stitching near the pocket was all messed up. My problem is that when I pay for a service I expect it to be done correctly the first time. On the positive side, the man who worked at the store was extremely helpful and apologetic. He sent them away to be fixed. I understand that mistakes get made sometimes, but this is a problem that should have been taken care of at the plant, not by a customer having to return clothing.

Ive never had worse service! Dropped my north face Denali off for cleaning. Went to pick it up last week and there was cat hair still all over it and didnt smell like it was even cleaned!! She said ooh want us to redo it?? Umm! Yes! The cat hair is still on it and doesnt smell like it was even clean! So another week and I go to pick it up today and cat hair was removed but still not that fresh just clean smell. I say it and the girl just says Im sorry. Never will I go there again just bc it was convenient and down street from my work. $14 out the window as I need to go somewhere else!!

I was immediately impressed by the helpfulness of the staff every time I went to the store and how they seemed committed to assist an inattentive male. The delivery was always on time and the staff always insisted to repair the minor problems which rarely developed. I felt more secure in relying on their service.

They charged me womens blouse rates for mens shirts. Tried calling them to resolve the issue. The staff was rude and insisted I was wrong. They would not return my calls or resolve the issue. Cancelled my account and went elsewhere.

We just moved right up the street from True Blue so decided to try them out. I immediately received a warm, friendly welcome. Heather was friendly, helpful and professional. We love this place!

Absolutely horrible! Have lost my shirts twice now. No follow up calls from managers about it. The prices continue to rise - never using them again.
