I called and scheduled an appointment with the office a week before the team showed up. On the scheduled day the team showed up right on time. I was very impressed with how the team was very polite and explained the entire process. They cleaned my formal dining room carpet, stair case and hallway. The amount of cat hair they removed was estonishing and every single stain was gone, they also used a UV light at my front door to find cat urine from the previous home owners pets. They treated those areas as well. They did a great job cleaning any stains and the carpet looks brand new. The carpet also feels brand new as it make the carpet fluffy and feel good underfoot again. Their pricing is more than reasonable... The entire job was much less than I expected to pay. I will have them back again in the near future.... Nice people and carpets look and feel amazing!
