Im an honorably retired career military Veteran...Ive traveled all over the world and Ive had my wash done literally everywhere! The service here at GTFO is excellent with an impressive personable staff, Mr.Turcone being a Veteran himself just solidified my experience and Ill be a customer until I leave Rhode Island no doubt. The website is just so cool, from the music to the info its great. Being a Wounded Warrior myself it really makes my heart full and happy to see the Wounded Warrior Program promoted on the website as well. Cant wait to let them GTFO of my clothes again!! I dropped my laundry off on Sunday morning and was told the laundry would be finished later that night. I received no update on the progress of my laundry until Tuesday (forcing me to resort to the little clothes I had left clean). I received a call from the delivery man and so far he is 2 hours later than expected. The service is poor and slow for how expensive it is to wash and dry ones clothes (about 25 dollars for me) especially considering the waiting time is around 3 days. Simply unreliable and inefficient.

If you choose to pick up laundry that you ask to be cleaned (like sleeping bags) instead of delivery to your house, be aware that there will likely be no one at the counter most of the day. It took a few days of trying to be able to get items, and it is difficult to try to get a hold of an employee on the phone.

Its clean its in safe neighborhood they offer services most laundry places dont such as pick up delivery they will separate it use what detergents you want and they are eger to please customers

This place is a joke. No hot water in washer, no water in the washer. Bathroom cold water only
