I brought in a large order, which cost me nearly double what it would have where I previously lived. I decided to give them a chance anyways. Four days later when I went to pick up my items I was pleased with the way my wool coat was cleaned. However, the next day I went to put on the work plants I had hemmed and they were not hemmed at all. I returned that day and they agreed to re-do my pants by the following day. When I went to pick up my pants they were nowhere to be found. Eventually my pants were found but it ended up being nearly 12 days since I first brought my pants in and I received no discount or even an apology. I foolishly decided to give this place a second chance to have a dress hemmed but they simply could not have a simple hem sewn up by the following day. Do NOT go here. There are other much more accommodating places to get your clothes cleaned where they wont be "lost".
