The people who work here are very nice and the prices are fair, but I am extremely disappointed overall. First of all, I was told my items would be ready Wednesday night and they were not. Some of my items were ready and others were not. I was told I was supposed to receive an email regarding the status of my items but I did not. I was given a credit for the items that werent ready which I appreciated, but the items I did receive were COVERED in lint. So not only was I not provided the dry cleaning service in the time frame I was promised, I have to get a lint roller just to make the clothes wearable. Over the years, I have had many types of items dry cleaned at various establishments and never have they been returned to me covered in lint. This was my first visits to Zoots and I will not be returning.
