We recommend, without hesitation, Tom Lopatosky and all of those from LOPCO Contracting who worked on the transformative exterior revival of our recently purchased East Side home. When determining which contractor to go with, there were three things integral to our choice - ease, quality and value. As the job required not only paint, but also moderate carpentry work and a new seamless gutter system; we frankly did not want to be coordinating with two or three contractors schedules, etc. LOPCO Contracting addressed all items for the house, making the process so much easier. The balance between quality and value can be quantified in many ways, especially when quotes vary so wildly. Quite simply, we felt as though the job was worth every dollar spent - and were both quite particular. And while not something we initially considered, we felt it worth mentioning that all those who we worked with are great guys - a sentiment also shared by our 22-month-old daughter (the greatest of all tests). In summation, LOPCO Contracting was everything one could ask for - competent, consultative, thorough and trustworthy.

Lopco does amazing work and I knew I could count on Tommy and his crew. Im not saying this because I went to high school with him, but because I havent seen him in 20 years and I knew I could trust his judgement and expertise. Hes a hard working, down to earth guy who built his business from the ground up with integrity. Hes a local guy you can trust and His reputation speaks for itself. Thats why I called him. And if the RI preservation society can trust his work, then That speaks volumes. Every job is important and he stands by his work with a warranty. What a great group of professionals. From the online appointment system which completely managed my expectations (a wonderful departure from automated voice systems), to Tom Lopatosky coming out on time, as planned, and giving me an honest and fair estimate - even talking me out of a couple of things I really did not need done at present, to the crew who so beautifully cleaned and protected the cedar shingles on my home and hung my shutters (Michael, DWan and Randy), I cannot say enough good things. Everyone with whom I dealt was professional, courteous, friendly and spectacularly competent. Cannot recommend this team highly enough.

We hired Lopco Contracting to put vinyl siding and new gutters on our house, replace two windows (one a bow window) and replace our back steps with Azek. What a wonderful job they did! We couldnt be happier! The workmanship is the best! We have had Lopco do other home improvements for us in the past: updated our interior woodwork, replaced interior doors, constructed a new interior staircase and railings and painted the inside of our home. Always professional and accommodating, we would recommend Lopco for any home improvements that you need!

Lopco did a thorough painting of our house 2 years ago and attended to many small details. It still looks great. We recently had a piece of wood siding fall off in a windstorm. They made tracks to repair it before the rains hit with good spirit and professionalism which was much appreciated despite the busyness of these days catching up with rain delays. I appreciate their community spirit and close attention they bring to their work!
