We are repeat customers times three. Most recently they did an interior stairwell that needed wall paper (stubborn) removal...skim coating/sanding...and painting. From the time John Donnelly came to give us the estimate to the day the job was completed it was pleasure working with everyone...and the outcome was perfect! Quality work...professionalism...efficient and clear communications...follow-up...focus on serving the customer (me) ...that sums up the experience. Following is my evaluation of the men who did the job: The stairway your men painted is beautiful! No problems noted. Please know it was a pleasure to have these two men in our home. They were very respectful, polite, efficient and skilled in their work; on Friday they even worked without taking a lunch break to get the job done on time. They called me to see their work at several intervals to judge their progress and give input, determined to please me with a job well done. They obviously take pride in what they do and are definitely customer service focused. You have good reason to be very proud of them. We are definitely satisfied customers who highly recommend your company!

We had our house painted by CertaPro Painters South Shore. (ROCKLAND office). The moment we called the office to schedule our appointment - we knew we made the right decision. The woman at the office was so friendly and accommodating to our busy schedule. She was able to get us an appointment the next day. Lou, the Owner, was so great! His knowledge and expertise was so comforting to us - considering we are first time home owners and had a ton of questions. He spent the time with us and explained each and every step of the process. All of our questions / concerns were addressed. We felt that he truly cared about us and heard us as everything we discussed was right there in our quote! That was just awesome! The crew that came out were great. Super friendly guys, neat, professional and kept both my husband and I informed of what they were doing! They wanted to make sure we were happy. This was such a great experience from start to finish and we would highly recommend CertaPro Painters. We are so happy with the whole experience - they are coming back to do our interior!

Starting from the top with Lou and Patrick, to Katy the office manager and then to the crew who did our house, Jr, Tacillio and Charles. Our experience was great with these guys. Lou and Patrick spent a lot of time with us going over every detail of what we wanted to do and even stayed once it got dark to give us a printed quote right then and there. We were then passed on to Katy. Katy was on top of everything and granted we had trouble with the weather which delayed our project for a week or so but she was always in contact so we knew we were all set. Then impressively the guys showed up ( on a Saturday) and logged almost a 14 hour day to do as much as they possibly could in one day. They then showed up the next work day ( Monday) and finished the house. This was a complete exterior project including changing the house color, staining our fresh new deck and all of the trim/ Windows and bulkhead. I was very impressed with all of the people involved and they will get repeat business from us ( the price was not only right but the quality of work was great).

Hard to believe all the 5-star reviews... For every good one, there are probably 2 horrendous reviews youll never see. They painted my house and sprayed 2 coats in a matter of hours and now it peeled. I wasnt told they would be spraying and expected hand painting, but my fault for not knowing or asking. What I thought was a fair price initially turned out to be a rip off. An expected 5-day job turned into a 3-day job. The crew didnt speak any English and when I asked the office whether these people all over my house have been background checked, Im told no, they are sub-contractors and that is not their responsibility. Nice answer! I wouldnt hire a franchise to paint my house ever again. Another painter told me these workers move around a lot for money because they are only paid minimum wage and the franchise keeps the rest. Do yourself a favor and find an independent local painter that wont just scrape and sand a few spots and then spray on some paint so they can rush to the next job. I learned my lesson.

This was the second time I have used Certa Pro Painters. My first experience was the painting of the exterior of my house. The painters were exceptionally detailed, courteous and efficient. I received many compliments from my neighbors on how beautiful the house looked. After several years, I decided to have my light maple kitchen cabinets painted white and chose Certa Pro to do the job. Granted, I was nervous about how it would turn out but I could not be happier with the results. The painters arrived on time each morning and were so courteous and friendly. They spent their time with every detail and also took the time to explain the process. When the job was complete they put the kitchen back together as if nothing had happened. It was spotless! The kitchen looked beautiful and you could tell they took pride in their work. I will definitely use Certa Pro again for any of my future painting needs.

Right from the start, CertaPros attention to detail was evident in their listening and then detailing the proposal. As a retired accountant, this was a real plus. Their pricing was in line or better than other quotes. My home was not painted outside for about 10 years and inside we were anxious to remove wallpaper. They provided a interior design person to make sure we would like the colors we chose. Over a three day period, CertaPro had two crews, one inside and one outside. Their attention to detail and customer satisfaction was very good. They did all the things they said they would do and we are very pleased with the end results.

The 2 man crew came mid afternoon to evaluate the job. We had the paint from last year and the stain for the deck all ready for them. They took one look and said "lets do this now" with confidence they could complete the job in the remainder of day. They grabbed their ladders and went to work. A few hours later they were done!!! The two men worked hard and did an excellent job for us. They were so polite and neat. Once again I was happy with Certapro. I will have them back when the house needs painting next time. Five Stars for sure...I am so impressed with the customer service and the quality of their work. I got three quotes and they were not the least expensive, but not the most expensive either...and they were well worth it...if you value your time, you have to call CertaPro Painters Boston/South Shore because they will value it too. We did work on the outside, and we will be calling them for work on the inside for sure. If possible, try to get Lou as his attention to details is really impressive. Thanks CertaPro...we appreciate what you did for our home!
