Worst Customer Service- I have been taking the kids here for a year or so. I have never been impressed with the cuts they get, but they are little boys so I make it work. But yesterday...I put our name on the list and was told it would be 10 minutes. 45 minutes later, after 4 people who arrived after and are called ahead of us get sat. Why am I the jerk who questions? I am fine with a wait when I am told about it, I have plenty of quick errands to do. DON T WASTE OUR TIME. Learn how to give an accurate wait time and how to treat customers with respect. 0 out of 10 with that. Not worth the insult and less than skilled cut.

The woman who cut my hair to start off wasnt the nicest, i showed her a few pictures of what i wanted, with views of the side back and front and it turned out in no way what i wanted, she seemed very irritated with me and cut actually chunks of hair out, as shown picture (pinker hair), she told me in the back it would get gradually shorter, this is not what i was expecting, also the front and bangs are very choppy and uneven (shown in second picture with more faded hair) that mess of a dye job was all my fault though but conclusion - displeased

Haircut was alright, i have had better on military bases. That is not saying a lot. The 3 women working were incredibly unprofessional. They complained about customers coming in, and made jokes through visual gestures about the other customers. One of the women working was waxing her own face in the open. I would not be surprised if the board of health shuts them down after i make a phone call on Monday. Do not get a hair cut here!

This is my 5 or 6th time in this supercut. After returning from the salon, I was shocked with my heir cut.. The back side haircut is terrible like hell.. The working person changes so frequently, that each time I went I found a new person. All other time it was ok.. But this time I literally shocked by the service. The women have no idea about heir cut. Never ever going again...

I have been getting my hair cut there for over a year .. the women that finally came to the door very unprofessional ..They were not quite open yet but on the door in the Wakefield Mall it said 10 am I would Have waited but felt that I was not treated well 3/19/17... 10 : 58 am one of the women was overly apologetic ... The rude one walked away ..Ill take my business elsewhere .

When you call for a 10 am appointment, walk in at 9:50, and are told it will be at least an hour because someone called in ahead of you, its no longer an appointment time. I wont waste time here again.
