My hair was destroyed at the Pure Aveda Salon & Spa in Dracut. In a few words, I went in for a medium ash brown and came out with a copper red brown with yellow patches of uncolored hair on both my neckline and entire crown with large black patches on the back of my head after explicitly stating beforehand that I want absolutely NO orange or red tint to my hair. When I expressed my dismay at being unwittingly turned into a clownish redhead they were argumentative and then told me that they would correct it the following week but that it would cause further damage. I obviously had to go elsewhere to have it repaired.

I first visited Pure for a facial and the staff was great and my facial was awesome! I couldnt ask to be more pampered! My second visit to Pure consisted of a hair color and cut, which was perfect. My stylist was very informative and taught me new teqniques about styling. Highly reccomended, and definatly a positive addition to Dracut. A girl friend of mine who I reccomended to Pure, now travels 30 min just to visit Pure!!
