I dont like to leave bad reviews, so my apologies. I just got my hair done Tuesday (yesterday) I called Monday morning to set an appointment and was under the impression Darko (sp) was going to do it. I was placed in Donnas care. She is THE sweetest person, like greatest personality and really funny, but I asked for a full ombré. I received two tone highlights. Now the highlights look great, but I spent over $100 dollars for a full ombré and got something totally different. That makes me really sad because the customer service was fantastic and always is when I go there. On top of getting something different, Donna was extremely rough with my hair. Like for real I wanted to cry. From the beginning to the end. It hurt really bad, my head was so sore today, as if I had it in the tightest ponytail ever. I took some ibuprofen to help with the soreness. I gave two stars because the customer service was great and because even though the dye job wasnt what I wanted it was still well done. But the pain was so bad and for what I paid Im let down.

Visit 1: I called before close and was told that they had several customers already. Begged them to stay open and walked over there in three minutes to find no customers. Visit 2: Ignored when I came in. Sat down with others and waited. Then another customer came in and they started to sign him in. I said: excuse me, Ive been waiting. The lady said she didnt want to argue with me. Argue about what? I was there first. Then I asked for a fade and got a buzz cut. The stylist said she was confused because I said Zero for the top. I said how to you fade with a zero on top.

This place is the worst place anyone can ever get their hair cut. The hair stylist was just dumb. I dont remember her name but she had a short hair cut with "green" hair color all over. I asked her that I am disappointed at the other hair salons because they cut my hair too much. Even after making suggestion she went ahead and chopped my bangs too short. I wonder why losers like her work at hair salons. Someone needs to teach them a lesson in customer service!!!

Laquisha is like a lawnmower to your head has no idea what she is doing and doesnt listen to the customers wants she just chops the hair and makes it god aweful. She doesnt take her time to make it look good then blamed me for her wrong doing. I highly suggest either this place of business close down or remove the hulga looking laquisha sorry excuse for a hair stylist

Came in looking to get highlights. I am a guy so it was a new experience for me, but my hairstylist, Stephania, gave me great recommendations and went through it like a pro. As well, the environment was warm and welcoming and time passed like a breeze. It was one of the few times I went to the hair stylist and came out super excited. So worth it.

The haircut was sub par, and the customer service was horrible and unprofessional. I asked for a scissor cut, and my stylist thought it would be easier to use a number 8. She cut my hair in 8 minutes, and the entire time was busy flirting with the customer in the chair next to me. My haircut is uneven, and I am down $20.

After getting my hairline destroyed multiple times at multiple baber shops throughout Providence, Stephanie from MasterCuts seemed to provide the cure. She listens to what you want and always tells you what shell do to your hair before she does it and not without your consent. Very friendly workers, great cut.

Any time I go there, my hair crisis is well taken care of! A few months ago, Stephanie turned my hair loss into a cute short bob cut, and then today, Juan trimmed and styled up my hair so beautifully. I got some great deals on products that will also help with my hair re-growth, thanks to Papi Champú!

This is a cheap place but their work is really bad. Most of them dont know a lot about haircut. Most of them are lazy to look through your hair and check if its even. So if you prefer cheaper place no matter what quality they have, you should go there, otherwise, I wouldnt recommend.

Worst haircut Ive had. Unevenly cut in the front. Did not do a through job. A random stranger couldve done a better job then this. I will have to go to another place to cut my hair just to undo the damage the current place has done so it was a complete waste of money and time.

Very disappointed by the results. The tall lady Donna did my haircolor and i didnt got desired result as she consulted me. The results were two different shades. Though they charged me. Would never recommend for haircolor. Inexperienced staff.

Horrible check-in service. Doesnt really have a waiting list. I was told to be wait 20 minutes at 5 and when I come back at 5:30, I was at theme of the list and told to be wait another 20 minutes. Not recommended to anyone come here.

Only 1 stylist working at 7pm on a weeknight. Waited 45 minutes. Stylist worked hard but that type of staffing is ridiculous.
