I have been here 4 times twice for me and twice for my daughter. Its really hit or miss. Check in online is nice. They really do rush and I dont like that. Brought my daughter in last week she has long thick hair the girl rushed and her hair is clearly unevenly cut! One side is a good 2 inches longer. Im very disappointed. She didnt even part her hair I had to ask her to use the comb to fix it. They where not even busy she could of slowed down a bit n made sure it was even n looked good.

Horrible. After declining to give them my address, I over heard one of the employees say rude things about me. I am sorry that I dont want to give out my information. I proceeded to walk out. I would not want someone who says mean things about me to then cut my hair. For all I know she would purposely give me a bad hair cut " to put me in my place". Be warned!

I was only here once, but got a great haircut for an unbeatable price (thanks to a coupon) Your preferences get saved in their system and can be reviewed in any great clips store. If you are okay with barber chains give it a try.

In middle of my haircut my hairdresser leaves for 10 minutes... And was very rude! If you want rude customer service and bitchy staff this is your place I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE

Best salon in this area for men hair cut. I was much frustrated with Supercuts in Salem, NH. Switched to this one and had no issues so far. Staff is friendly and efficient.
