Horrible experience. I asked for layers and the girl butchered my hair. The layers are extremely short and uneven. I went back the next day to show the assistant manager who said "I am embarrassed that you even had that done here, you will definitely get your money back". They offered to try and fix it but I refused due to it being so short and Ive always had Long hair. Ive left two messages now on the district managers voicemail and no one has gotten back to me. I will never again go to hair cuttery. I would not recommend them to anyone!!!!!!

I have always had bad hair experiences, but I went to the hair buttery in Westerly RI today and by luck ended up with the manager (Dawn) as my stylist.....I absolutely LOVE my haircut and I plan to only ever plan on going to her from here on out :-) She explained why things would/wouldnt work with my hair and really listened to what I wanted done. Cant say enough good things about her!

Had a great cut with Meghan.. my wait was very short which was nice. My stylist took her time & gave me exactly what I wanted. My only complaint is that Hair Cuttery is walk-in only, no appointments. Great service for the price. I will return.

I receive haircutting from Bradlee. She is excellent and appears quite acquainted with a number of hair styles for men. Highly Recommend Her. James
