I went in to get my hair done I just get a wash and a cut and they have cameras there I guess and they also have access to remote control the computers so they took it upon themselves to remotely add an extra $20 to my bill so yes I was disgusted and displeased I was not spoken to about this or no one told me that they would be an extra charge its usually $4 for a wash 14 for a cut and because she was using her fingers and then use the brush a few times through my hair they wanted to add an extra 20 not happy with it at all I think the owner is really unappreciative of the clientele that does come in and has to realize they come in for thexample hairdresser that do a great job and she really needs to do a better job at letting people know not leave a note at the register for the hairdresser that and it just showed $20 was charged to a clients account very unprofessional

When I walked in, the manager patronized me and then lied to me about the guy who would be cutting my hair. He had just started cutting hair, and I was told he had been doing so for a long time. The gang banger prison tattoos should have been a warning to me. He proceded to pull my hair, and grab my head in a vice grip. I felt like I was being mugged. Awful experience.
