The manager with really short hair and a loud voice spent the entire time complaining about the work day, the people from another store and the people sitting in the waiting area. She was very rude about people walking in AN HOUR BEFORE CLOSING!!!! She was super rude to the gentleman of Indian decent. Spoke to him like a 2 year old, even though his English was pretty on point. Horrible experience, horrible woman. .....good haircut though... came out perfect. PS, when I say she wouldnt stop, I mean that was her whole conversation with the other young lady (clearly uncomfortable with the situation) working, every client in her chair, and even herself. Completely no customer service mindset whatsoever!

Was in a couple weeks ago and as always my hair is on point. Leslie my stylist always listens to what I need and helps in any way. It was a little busy but with online check in it makes it easier. All stylist where working hard to help all the customers. I will be back in a few weeks for another cut, but I do call ahead to make sure Leslie is there. I finally have found another great stylist I trust.

Cutting my 7 year olds hair last night stylist cut sides short as I asked and then I said ok leave the length on top and just blend it on sides. Ok she said only to immediately lop off about 2 inches from top! Cut it straight across. Now my son looks like dude from dumb and dumber rather than having cool cut. Never going back

I normally visit here because there is rarely a wait, and you can reserve your spot via their app. It tends to attract new graduates who have less experience. As a guy with simple hair needs, this works for me. My last visit was a little disappointing, and I have low standards for haircuts.
