Dispite the negative warnings I had heard about Magic Years and the about the owner I decided to check them out. After meeting a few of the staff members I decided to try and be more optomistic, the location was ideal and they seemed nice enough. Things quickly changed and I have come to realize I should have trusted the original advice I was given to stay away. The buildings are old and always dirty. The roof has been leaking and everytime it rains dispite putting bucktes everwhere to catch the water the carpets are soaked and I have serious concerns about mold. The snacks they provide are not very healthy and usually loaded with sugar. My daugher is a toddler, she always has a dirty face when I pick her up as if she was not properly cleaned after eating. Very little communication between the morning staff and the afternoon staff. Whenever I ask how my daughters day was the afternoon staff never seems to know because "they were not there". There is very quick turn over of the staff, every week it seems someone quits. I only find out when I approach the stanger at drop of/pick up time. I am never notified about the change by the director nor does anybody take the time to introduce the new staff to me or my daughter. It is clear to me now that the owner and the staff just do not care. I will be looking elsewhere for my daughters daycare:(

I have worked at Magic Years for eight months now and have to leave due to relocation. I must say it has been a wonderful experience. I study elementary education and special education, along with having many years experience in working with children, so I know what safe and engaging child care is, which is exactly what Magic Years supplies. Each class is carefully planned and organized according to the childs interests and needs. The rooms are kid friendly and full of educational and interesting manipulatives for the children. The staff is professional and friendly, and most importantly genuinely care about the children. Overall a great atmosphere to send your children to!

My children have been attending Magic Years for many years. We have moved through all the programs while they have been growing up and I want to say that they have become an important part of how my children have grown into warm, caring and enthusiastic learners! I would highly recommend this program to anyone. You must also check out the wonderfully extra large outdoor playground its amazing. I cant say enough about the teachers and the directors, they are great. It is worth the visit!

Place is awesome. Staff are knowledgeable and seem to genuinely care about the children. In my experience most of the negative reviews are from former employees or from parents who had their children dismissed for extreme behavior issues.

This place is horrible. The staff are mean and did not know what they were doing.
