Disgusting lazy sacks of crap. They refused to deliver my package for no reason. It has been sitting at the post office for almost a week now. Was I notified? NO. Did they leave a little sticker on my door saying they tried to deliver and couldnt reach me or that I had to come pick it up? NO. I had to call the company to inquire where my package was and they said that the post office scanned it almost a week ago but they never delivered it. Now it is being returned to the company because its been a week and I never claimed my package that I never freaking knew about because these lazy jerks didnt care to do their job. Besides I work all day and dont have time to go pick up a package. If I did, then wouldnt I have this shipped to me in the first place. It is their JOB to deliver stuff, not steal it for their own keepsake. Isnt it illegal to withhold mail? Useless infrastructure that doesnt give a damn about getting their job done. This place needs to be investigated. I am beyond pissed and insulted. Now this will be he third time that I have t have this item resent to me because of some problem with the post office. The last time was due to the fact that my package had been ripped open and the item was stolen out of the box. Im calling the police, something needs to be done.

This is the second time I havent received a package that is showing delivered to my mailbox! And of course no answer at the Boiling Springs post office. This is ridiculous, the first package was put in someone elses mailbox and they had to find it. It makes me not want to have anything else delivered to my address. I understand that things happen but come on!!! I pay for these packages and would like to get them. Its the postal service/mail carriers job to make sure of that!!!! Its even more frustrating that no one ever answers the phone there. I had to call the Spartanburg office last time to help with the lost package. Ridiculous!

Over the past week, the mail on our street has been delivered to all the wrong locations. Fortunately we have all nice neighbors who have distributed the mail to their proper addresses. There was even a package that was being tracked. Im sure it was scanned as delivered even though it went to the wrong house. A dishonest person could have kept that package, it would have showed in the system as delivered, and the appropriate recipient would have been SOL. This has happened in the past, but not on such a large scale. Not good!

If youre missing any mail in the valley falls area its most likely bc the mail carrier here is the worst mail carrier Ive ever had in my life!! I get everyones mail but mine. Ive put it back in the box to have returned for several weeks and she refuses to take it, nor does she even know how to CLOSE the mailbox, so if it rains, whatever is put in there gets ruined. NO answer at either Boiling Springs office or the main office when you call in. Lousy service, period!!!

OK. Ive been passive long enough. Its time that something is done concerning the Boiling Springs Joke Office - yeah, thats what it should be called. How long does such a thriving community have to deal with such a inadequate post office. The service is terribly slow and to make matters worse the stamp machine is broken at least 90% of the time. Could someone please do something about this simple injustice to our community. Thanks,

They dont answer their phone! I put in a change of address and apparently my mail and packages are still being delivered to the old address!? When I do finally get a hold of someone and they assure me they will correct the problem, Im still not receiving my package and one that was forwarded has been 21 days and I still dont have that package. Get it together

Charged us, then didnt send out our mail. Paid for two day shipping on a house payment. They charged us for overnight. Got a letter from the mortgage company. They didnt get the check we mailed out for 19 days.... Post office then refused to refund the charge they made us pay for two day shipping.

Shitiest service I have ever experienced, they said my package was out for delivery and then it never came because THEY closed at 12! If you send me notification that my package is out for delivery, it NEEDS to be delivered!

Nice employees, but they dont abide by the listed hours of operation. If you need to take care of something, be sure to get there quite a while before closing time. They will close the gate early, especially on Saturday.

My favorite Post Office around! Workers always friendly and know what they are doing. Also, they are not anal about how much Priority Mail tape you use on your Priority Mail package!

It looks like they have no habit to ansver the phone and when they ansver - they have no solution for THEIR problem. Finaly they tell you "I have no time to talk to you"
