Service so poor I moved towns to never deal with them again. When I first moved in they refused to give me keys to my mailbox unit for two months, and wouldnt give me mail there, because I didnt have a key. Continuously gives me my neighbors mail, previous residents mail, and dont actually give me mine. Youll be lucky when you go down there if you find more than one employee working the desk. They will also complain about how many people are down at post office; even though all those people wouldnt be down there IF THEY DID THEIR JOBS RIGHT THE FIRST TIME!!!!

Communicating in grunts and having a general disdain for both the public and their jobs, these "workers" project the federal government leech stereotype that they have earned though laziness and lack of any visible work ethic. Allow me to state that this does not reflect the excellent standard of service provided by the carrier that delivers to our home. That they are able to complete their mission with the handicap of extreme ineptitude provided by their supervisors speaks volumes. I dread every visit I must make to this miserable location.

Appartment office was closed so they wouldnt leave my package at the office or bring it to my apartment. I approached her while she was chatting with another resident. She said I had to wait till monday to pick up at main office. I could see my package in the truck. Will never pay for 3 day shipping since I wont get it in 3 days even with it in arms reach.

This is the worst USPS location. The postmaster and the service Mgr take zero accountability for reliability of service. My package was returned to sender without any attempts to deliver it to the address included on the package. Awful service, awful excuse making for the awful service!

Slow. Slow. Slow. This post office along with countless others are severly under staffed. I know that when I stop by the Leesburg post office, whether its purchasing stamps or picking up held mail, its a 30 to 45 minute wait regardless of the time of day. Very frustrating!

Worst post office ever. Manager Jeff Bennet reluctantly gave me his name. Tried to call over 50 times in the first hour of them opening. He said they were busy. The phone was off hook. My mail has been returned to sender because carrier didnt want to redeliver.

I didnt catch her name, but our post lady is wonderful. A package was accidently delivered to a neighbor and she came to my door directly to apologize. My review is only four stars due to the phone lines. Trying to call this post office is impossible.

Worst service of ANY post office. They showed a package delivered to my door, even though I waited on my porch ALL day and never say a mail delivery person. And yes, they LEAVE THE PHONE OFF THE HOOK so you cant call to complain or ask for a supervisor.

Impossible to get through to the distribution center number and these guys dont know where my mail will go. Do I put up a mailbox or can I use the cluster box. This sort of thing just passes me off. More than an hour on the 800 number for nothing...

Have been waiting on mail for 4 days now. I call and call. Always busy signal no matter day or time. I believe they take the phone off the hook. Very aggravating. I work so cant go in there during business hours.
