Worst post office ever!! never in my life have i been treated so bad! the lady there was not helpful at all AFTER I WAIT IN LINE 1 HOUR! she was so rude wrote a number on a piece of paper and threw it at me! i asked for her name she said she does not have to give it to me and that if i make a complain i will just waste my time! a 2 months later i walked in again and politely asked her for 2 change of address forms because the online way was not allowing me to do it. She said WE DO NOT HAVE ANY! really is that so in a post office you do not have any!. i went back to the car upset because she treated me exactly like she did the last time! he walks in and comes out with 2 change of address forms! i stormed in because she clearly told me you can drive a couple miles to another post office to find one! i asked her what is this? she rolled her eyes and said o i did not know we had them! horrible horribly horrible!!!!!!!!!!! i do not understand how she works for the post office!!! she obviously hates her job and dealing with customer!

This was a while back but the one time Ive been there to mail a package out of state one of the women there made me get out of line to fill out a form (reasonable) but then when I finished the form (in less than 2 minutes) she had already started helping someone with an international package!! She didnt even ask if I was done or not before helping them. I told her I needed to go to work and she snapped at me to leave then. After I had waited in line for nearly 20 minutes, I had to leave after being so disrespected by that woman. Absolutely horrendous experience and then I had to go to work without even mailing my package. Tldr: Absolutely horrible customer service, completely understaffed and parking is a chore here. Definitely do NOT go here, unless you just need to pick up a package or drop mail into a slot.

Staff is friendly and helpful, but under-informed. We ran into the following issues: * Front desk staff neither knew the proper procedure for temporarily forwarding mail nor knew to ask someone higher up their chain of command. If a higher-ranked postal staff member hadnt happened to pass through the lobby while I was talking to the front desk, we would have believed it impossible to have our mail forwarded from our home address without physically entering the home post office (about a thousand miles away). * Signature required package delivery staff do not wait a sufficient amount of time for a response (or failed to hear our response to their knock); they had left by the time we reached the door, when we were only about twenty feet from the door at first knock.

Rude, lazy and uninformed counter help refused to track a package that was shipped specifically to their office via the USPS website (insisting it cant be done and ignoring the receipt from the website with the transaction, tracking number and destination on it), instead sending me to the Polynesian office (which is a carrier distribution branch that has no public customer service area) to pick it up. He then finishes conversation by closing the gate in my face and walking off. Whoever is in charge of this branch needs to clean house and restaff with competent, courteous people who know their job and understand customer service.

Expect your packages to be delivered LATE by leaving it at this post office; compliments of the exceptionally rude staff that hang out in the back and walk around doing a whole lot of nothing while customers are waiting. Perhaps the cameras should be pointed at the staff vs the customers so Uncle Sam can see the foolishness our taxpayer dollars are being wasted on here. I asked the rep a question and she told me to go online... Seriously?! If you drop off packages for your business, make sure you get a receipt, or save the risk of customer negative feedback on late deliveries by mailing them somewhere else.

I paid $25.00 to get a key so I could receive mail at my new address. They told me it would be 5-7 days before my key would be delivered to my home. Well, its been 8 days and the number they give you to call in case your key hasnt been delivered is busy. Ive been calling for 3 days straight and its busy so obviously its not a good number. Im furious they take my money and I still cant get my mail. Since when do we need to pay to check mail. This post office is horrible, you cant get anyone on the phone to find out where your key is at but they take your money. RIDICULOUS

I recently just closed a P.O. Box that Ive had at the Market Street Post Office for about a year now. The staff are very quick in servicing their customers and are very polite as well, although I have witness the occasional unwillingness to go above and beyond if someone needed something that could not be handled right away. My experience with this Post Office has been a positive one, though, and if I ever needed another P. O. Box in the future I would definitely get one at this location again!

If I could give them a MINUS 10 star I would!! Customer service Is Horrendous! They also need more education on procedures! I have submitted a temp forwarding to a vacation home X 1 month and was told they dont do temp forwarding unless its >6mos! Say WHAT?? So I called my local HOME post office and they said they never heard of such a thing in nearly 30 years of service!! And that it was supposed to be <6mos for temp forwarding!! Fill out forms...blah, blah! Ill try again today...

Not friendly at all. No customer service skills, was very rude. They should definitely bring in a customer service specialist to train. The young lady at the desk by the door proceeded to cut me off and rushed me off the line as if she couldnt take out the time to help me locate my package. Wrote a number down on a piece of paper and couldnt even hand it to me through it on the counter which fell back behind the counter and refuse to hand it to me.

The black man that works there was completely rude cause I wanted a receipt for the 60+ packages I was sending out there . I did pay 600+ dollars and I wanted a receipt he said not when its that many cause he didnt want to scan it in and his supervisor said he didnt have to. Im. Not racist but this guy about would make you that way . He was lazy and seemed like he was mad that he had to work for his cash instead of living off the goverment

From Corpus Christi Tx visiting and i needed just one item shipped that is not your average box size yet still in the small category. Both staff members were crap and wanted to do the absolute minimum. From the time i walked in to when i stormed out it was a bad experience. So far im glad we live where our postal service employees actually dont hate their lives. Next time ups or fedex it is.

Having trouble getting our mail after filling in the form there they have been no help what so ever parcels not delivered but tracking says they were they seem to have gone missing they gave me a phone number to speak to a supervisor which was for a different company completely and not the postal service not sure whats going on there and frankly they just not interested in helping
