I chose the location on Long Point Road in Mt. Pleasant for my child, and in the beginning I loved it;however, I soon learned that all that glitters is not gold. While Sunshine House itself is a reputable institution, this location was awful when it came to keeping track of records and receipt of payments. My satisfaction with the staff was also a reason to remove my child. Some teachers were very sweet, but overall there are too many womenwith their own agendas and attitudes working at this location and I know that if I am uncomfortable, the children may be as well.

I couldnt be more pleased in a daycare facility - the teachers are truly educators and keep the children engaged and actively learning. All the teachers know my sons name, even if hes not in their class. The director, Ms. April, is knowledgeable, compassionate, and dedicated.
