I dropped off my curtain and clearly explained that is could not be machine washed or it would shrink a lot. I said if they couldnt get the stain out that I would just pick it back up. They never called to say if they were going to try and get the stain out so I called them and they said it was ready and the spot was already gone. I came to see and the spot was gone as they said...BUT I just hung up the curtain and its 8 inches shorter than all my other matching curtains!!!!!!! All they did was machine was an dry it. Of course the spot came out in the washing machine but my curtain is forever irreversibley RUINED!!!!! They owe me a new curtain. If hey had just called me to get the curtain and not wet WASHED it, then I could have worked on the spot myself and maybe saved it...but there is no stretching it back out. I got the curtain on sale but the retail price is $125/panel. I am EXTREMELY upset with this cleaner and I do NOT recommend to anyone.

The gentlemen that works here is extremely nice and personable. My suits and shirts are always done and ready when he says they will be. I wouldnt go anywhere else to get my clothes dry cleaned.
