The people here have always been friendly, however, they are CONSTANTLY breaking the buttons on my husbands nice dress shirts. There have been several times where he can not even wear them to work, due to a button falling off into pieces. When we request that the buttons be replaced with new ones, they never match the original ones on the shirt. We have had a black button put on a white shirt, while the other buttons, are obviously white. We have also had white buttons put on dark shirts. It is obvious that the person who replaced the buttons took no care at all in even TRYING to match the original ones. The service is too pricey for us to have this battle every week.

Ive had a dress hemmed and they were quick, accurate, and the price wasnt too bad. But the. I go today to have my couch cover dry cleaned because something got on it and she sends me away, telling me to just come back Monday at 7am-3pm. I tried to tell her I work and have kids and that doesnt work for me. And she didnt care, didnt even try to consult the other persom there or call the manager for the help she needed about the stain. Disappointed!!
