First I called this Crest Cleaners location and asked if they dry cleaned high quality, fur rugs. They told me that I would need to bring the rug into the store. I brought my lamb fur rug in and was told (in a rude tone) that it was too nice for them to dry clean... They explained that they had a third party that they used for rugs that were as nice as mine and they said would call me back with a price. Well, they never called me back.

Trusted and reliable - Had some small talk with Angie and mentioned my interview tomorrow, hence the dry cleaning of a suit. Angie, sweetest thing, told me she would give me the dry cleaning for free since it was for an interview, company policy. I was willing to pay but she was more than willing to object. Same day too. Hit me right in the feels.

The dress pants returned with crooked press lines and fold lines. The pressed dress shirts had wrinkles at shoulders, collars and arm pits. Had to re-press everything at home. I am looking for another place to have my pressing and cleaning done.
