Took a shirt to Superior Dry Cleaners on a Friday August 19, 2011. I asked the girl behind the counter that took my shirt when it would be ready for pick up. She told me that it would be ready the following day by 3PM. I told her that it was for a wedding at 6PM and I needed to know 100 percent for sure that it would definately be ready and she said "yes". I told her that it was imperative that I had the shirt by that time and she assured me it would be. The following day I was there at 2:30 PM. I waited one hour and the guy that was working there told me the shirt was lost. Another lady that was waiting that day also had her clothes lost. I had to immediately go buy another shirt which was too large for the wedding because there was not one my size. The following Monday I took the receipt for the shirt that was lost and was told I would get a refund in just a few days. It is now October 14. I have talked to Renae "the manager" five times and each time was promised by her that she would send a check that day and still no reimbursement has been sent. This dry cleaning company is a JOKE! I would recommend Great American Cleaners around the corner from them at 16 Palmetto Bay Road.

I dropped off a brand new blouse that I wore once and dripped ice cream on. It was a day late and when I finally got it back it was ripped where the ice cream drip was. I filed a complaint with the business, and while doing so noticed that the intake tag had been changed to "damaged upon arrival" which was a complete lie. The only thing damaged about it was the ice cream drip...and side note, who would dry clean a ripped blouse?! I received an extremely rude voicemail from the owner yesterday saying he was denying my claim, and that he had never seen this happen in 30 years of business (which I find it hard to believe considering there are plenty of people complaining against his business about the same thing.) I filed a BBB complaint, Superior Dry Cleaners are so out of integrity, do not trust your clothing to them.

AWFUL experience. I dropped off drapes to be cleaned and hemmed for our rental unit. 1 set was damaged which I then purchased replacements and was told by the owner that I would be mailed a check refunding the cost of cleaning and replacing. That was 6 weeks ago. Since then I have contacted Superior 3 times for my money and most recently was told that they have no record of me. I have pictures which I text to the owners cell and a bank statement showing my payment. Would NOT return.

Prices are extraordinarily high....clean and press a pair of khaki docker pants...$7.75....starched dress shirts are very average looking when finished....while the service people are good, they obviously have a captive market, so plan to pay handsomely.... Last trip, a pair of dress slacks were lost. They mixed them up with someone elses, so had to buy a new pair of slacks as I was leaving town the next morning.....eventually they found them, but too late....

I brought in my husbands suit jacket on which I splashed red wine in such a manor youd think it was done during an argument. Nannette was pleasant and conversational when we came in. I returned to pick up the jacket before the time promised. The jacket turned out perfect!!!!! and Nannette was just as pleasant as the first time. Thank you for the attitude as well as the great service!

I highly recommend this location and the people here. They promised me over the holiday that theyd accept and have my order ready in two days, kept that commitment, and then stayed late to allow customers to pick up after hours when the delivery truck got delayed. Great service!!

Worst experience on the planet... They destroyed my 300 dollar dress and shrunk my skirt. Someone should close them down to protect costumers.
