Avalon Park Cleaners provides excellent service. The owners are not only extremely experienced, but very kind and personable. I had previously been told by another cleaners that the alteration I needed done on my dress was not possible. I have only worn the dress once, and although it is now almost two sizes too big, wanted to have it altered to wear to a wedding that is fast approaching! Before giving up, I decided to try one more place; luckily, I chose the jackpot! I must also mention that their prices are very reasonable! I will recommend this cleaner to everyone I know. If you are looking for a dry-cleaning, alterations, or even wedding dress cleaning and restoration; try Avalon Park Cleaners and I promise you will not be disappointed!

I went to Avalon Park Cleaners to get my mothers vintage wedding dress (1943) restored so that I could wear it at my own wedding. It had spent several decades in atticks, garages, closets, etc. and desperately needed to be cleaned. Avalon Park cleaners did a beautiful job getting all of the stains and discoloration out, and were very communicative about the whole process. It was a far drive for me, but definitely worth it to know that my precious dress was in good hands.

I was thoroughly impressed with the service. For starters the owner is very kind and friendly. I went there to get my dress fitted and altered and they did a great job, its perfect! I got exactly what I was hoping for in terms of fit, shape and comfort. Ive been to a couple places in the area to get dresses altered before, but I really feel these guys have the most reasonable prices. Anyway, I would them recommend to anyone.

Very poor customer service. Most times that I have been there, the owner/employee is on a personal call and looks annoyed that she has to get off the phone. Long turnaround time and prices are higher than normal. I can get a dry cleaner pickup & delivery service for a lower price with more convenience. The other Avalon Park businesses are reliable for great service and products. Avalon Park Cleaners should take a lesson from them.

I dont usually write reviews but I must say that Avalon Park Cleaners was the best cleaners I have ever been to. They portray customer service at a high level, not to mention the urgency they put in my order for a special occasion I had to attend. Thank you Avalon Park Cleaners...Ill be back!
