I took in a picture of what I wanted and even discussed it on the phone before making the appointment. I was VERY clear about what I wanted and got disastrous results. I realize black hair is not always the easiest to color, but giving your word that you can do something and then promptly destroying someones hair is unacceptable. I was in the salon from 1pm to almost 7:30 and they still couldnt get it right. After being over charged for redying my hair multiple times (even though it wasnt my fault) and then having to pay for a horrible job since, I think its safe to say DO NOT GO HERE if you want anything more complicated than a trim done. They will waste your time and over charge you for the effort. I will NEVER go back to this place.

Melissa was great when I went in to get my hair done. I went in for a cut and came out with highlights. She was so knowledgeable about color and highlights. She made feel at ease about trying something diffrent. She only cut exactly what I requested. Will definitely go back.✂

Cheyenne is always amazing and always gets my color perfect-despite my super clear description of what I want... "you know, caramel but not caramel. Sorta gold but not gold. Kinda light brown...ish". ;) Thanks for always making me look good! And the salon is super cute!
