Apparently this location isnt concerned with running their business or customer service. I had checked in for my two sons online (5yr old and 3yr old) to get quick haircuts. It was 45 plus minutes before closing but when we arrived and were asked how we could be helped I told them we needed two little boy haircuts. I was immediately reminded how they closed at 7 and their was one person in front of us. (Mind you there were at least two people working.) I didnt even have a chance to let her know I was already checked in and understood there could be a short wait. It was clearly evident that she had no desire or interest in taking care of us. This location has lost our business.

Walked in 12 minutes before closing (didnt realize they closed at 7 on Saturdays) and they were looking at the clock asking each other "What time do we close?" Then turned and asked me what I needed, as if my answer might change their minds. I walked out letting them know I could go somewhere else that wanted me there. They made no attempt to stop me from leaving. Ive been here before and wont be returning, I only needed a trim that takes a few minutes.

I just moved to the area and wanted a haircut before starting a very professional job the next week. The stylist spoke no English which was a bad start. The hack job she did looked like me giving a haircut on myself. She asked if sideburns needed to be shortened and I replied yes. Only problem was she shortened the left side only. Looks like Ill be finding another place to go around here before Monday.

I was a walk in on a Sunday for a cut and color. Olga took care of me and she was nothing short of fantastic! I love the color and cut. Ive got VERY curly hair and she knew not to cut it too short. Ive worn it blown out and curled, and in my natural curly state. Ive had multiple compliments on both. Thank you, Olga, I WILL be back to see you.

I found this location after being burned by the sporty hair place a couple miles south. The ladies at super cuts were fantastic and they take the time to do a great job. Very happy!

The site says open till 9pm. Door says 8pm. But by 7:45pm the doors are locked and theyre already counting out the register. As I pulled the handle to enter, they just look at me.
