I unfortunately reccomended this place to my Mother. My ex, had a good experience there. The Stylist butchered her hair. THE WORST CUT EVER. This individual obviously had no idea what to do with curly hair. Bad cuts happen, we all have had one. Its the service you get when that happens that is important. This Stylist/Butcher seeing what she had done, chose to blame the client. My Mothers hair was too curly, she died it at home, blah blah. The Stylist/Butcher, washed my Mothers hair, if she had any mastery of her craft she would of taken that opportunity to feel what type of hair she was about to cut. If she could see it was going to be difficult for her she should have expressed that to the client. Instead she left her client looking like a cartoon character. The Stylist/Butcher did not even bother to style her work, apparently that was above her $60 pay grade. If you want a new hair dryer this is the place. If you need a cut, RUN. RUN fast these people have no idea what they are doing.

I naturally have dark brown hair & I knew getting it blonde was going to be difficult. However, when I went I asked for a dark, sandy, dirty blonde to where it was really almost a light brown but still had that lighter shade to it. Needless to say, it took 7 hours of them bleaching my hair (understandable because thats a long process), but when they were supposed to tone it to that sandy blonde shade, they left the toner on for a solid 20-25 minutes which did absolutely nothing. Paid $300 for a disgusting yellow, bleach blonde color that I absolutely HATED

This is the third hair salon I have tried since moving to Tampa and none of them gave me a decent cut. It is frustrating. I told her I hated my last cut and was looking for someone to give me a decent cut so she trimmed my hair back to the cut I said I hated! I went out and did my best with the mess the stylist left me with. On the elevator, a neighbor told me I should know better than trying to cut my hair myself. I was so embarrassed!

I love coming to this salon. The staff and stylists are all super friendly and I always leave looking great. As with all other Paul Mitchell salons, they pamper yourself from start to finish; from the beverages when you walk in, inclusive of beer and wine, to the attentive hair cuts and color, to the scalp and skin treatments. Its all part of the package.

She takes her time and listens to your ideas and she is creative!! If you are looking for a fabulous cut, color, or new look, call her!!

I had a horrific experience at this salon. The haircut was one of the worst Ive ever had and it was very expensive. When I complained, I was told that the manager would contact me. He never did. I wouldnt go back to this salon if they were giving FREE services. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this place.
