(edited after response to "owner") EXCUSE ME ? Think before you speak.. Yes I saved this in case you try to delete it I will be calling corporate on you.. strip club ? Lol. I knew this woman was jealous. Never let someone with Bad hair touch yours, thats the rule and thats where I went wrong terribly wrong. Thats very funny as I work as a waitress ? Not in a strip club or anywhere near one either .. this is my real name thank you very much but nice try ? Whatever name I did use in your salon ofcourse is made up. I told you from the start once I moved from Miami I just couldnt find a decent salon in this area. Ive been to this salon a number of times (and I tip well) (more than I should ...) Amanda had severely damaged my hair to the point Ive had to cut 6-7 inches off. She damaged it over time.. I wouldnt take the time to write this review if it wasnt true to whoever is reading this so take the chance at this run down shack if you have no other option which there are plenty of other places to ruin your hair around here. I did have the hair she damaged cut off in Miami and now its growing healthy and thick btw. Every time I had my hair done by Amanda she would straighten it to the point it was steaming so bad I had to tell her to stop. Another time she blow dried it and missed spots part of my hair was styled and some was curly and frizy .... I think she was damaging my hair on purpose .... please tell me how I am harrassing your salon by giving an honest review ? As I was sitting for 30 minutes doing a conditioning treatment around 9pm I had to endure these drunk "hair dressers" inappropriate conversations and yes I have many snap chats of it .... also by the back theres literally a bar set up with chasers and mixers ... the hair dressers were ALL drunk and obviously unaware of the things they were saying in front of a customer that I found offensive and racist ... Amanda really damaged my hair but thats what I get for taking the chance... a great salon is worth the 4 hours to Miami

I came to them for my first time, looking for a perm. I called ahead to check prices. I was quoted perms begin at $60, haircuts at $25. I explained I saw a 10% discount on their website for my first visit. I was told to download the app to receive my discount. I was pleasantly surprised to get a same-day appointment. My sylist Penny was friendly, and knowledgeable. She explained the procedure as she progressed. I mentioned the discount, which she said would be applied. Unfortunately, she stepped outside a couple times for a smoke. The cigarette stench was horrible, lingering on her person for several minutes each time. Without that, my experience would have been great...until checkout. I was charged $65 for the perm, $43 for my haircut (about 1 inch cut off already short hair), and a $15 "hard water" charge, which I have absolutely no idea what it is! I didnt even have it dried or styled. Just pick and go. My total was $120 before the 20% tip, NO DISCOUNT WAS APPLIED. I overhead a gentleman complain about the charge of $28 for his cut, when he was expecting $17. The tech said they used a "sliding commission " scale?!? I am sorry Penny. You are very friendly, and did give me a good perm. But between the outrageous cost for the cut, random extra surprise charge, and your personal, stinky habit, I cant return. Maybe if I removed my jewelry and dressed "down" I would have been charged a more reasonable amount for my cut, and the discount applied. And what the heck is a hard water charge? I have a water softener, and use a special shampoo to strip additives every 2 weeks.

Terrible. I waited a couple days so my review wouldnt be emotionally driven. I brought my stepdaughter for her 13th bay to have her hair pop colored. We spent 5 hours in the salon. The young lady who was to serve as the stylist wasnt available for over an hour after the appointment time. The only reason I didnt leave was my kid. When I expressed my displeasure I was asked if I wanted to reschedule. Before leaving after 5 hours, we finally got an apology after having to point out that we hadnt received one. No other reparations we offered. As for the quality of service, color is good. Hair cut is HORRIBLE! I could have butchered her hair for free. Not only is it incredibly uneven but the owner, who stepped in to help 3 hours in, just kept chopping away at the under color so its uneven and hidden by the top color. I now have to take her elsewhere to get the cut fixed. $150 wasted - did I mention overpriced for quality?

I received the WORST haircut of my entire life yesterday by Laura. I looked over the photos on the facebook page that were tagged as her haircuts but OBVIOUSLY they are professional photos she tagged for herself because my husband and dtr both said it looked chopped, it was NOT EVEN a style, nothing I could even work with and "like I had gone to a $5 cut place, the stylist was a beginner and obviously she had no idea what she was doing when she cut your hair." My husband said this!! I waited 6 months to grow my hair out and now I am at least a year back, it is SO short, chopped, and I am so sad and now EMBARRASSED to go out in public. The photo I took in was of a "bob and lob" they advertise on their facebook page, but, what I walked out with is cut above my ears and the nape of my neck is shaved so short, I feel naked. Because it is so short, I have nothing to do but cry.....and wait.

I was a walk in and they took care of me right away. I had a color done along with a hair trim. The color looks absolutely amazing and my hair feels so soft and renewed. Very professional and helpful. I was treated like I was VIP. Laura took the extra time and put the extra effort to making sure my hair feels healthy. She professionally explained and showed how the shampoo and conditioner they have is better for your hair then store bought. My hair has never felt this soft. Most of all the price was great.

I recently had my hair cut at Rock Your Locks for the first time and my experience was wonderful. My stylist was Cassie and I kid you not, she gives the most relaxing shampoos ever. She listened to my concerns and ideas for what I wanted and the results were amazing. I love the way my hair looks and feels now that its much more healthy. Cassie is an asset to this salon. The salon was so welcoming and beautifully decorated. The staff were kind and helpful and really made me feel comfortable.

Love this place. I personally see Cassie but all the girls are so sweet. Cassie cut 10 inches off and gave me an amazing bob. She packaged it up nicely for me so I could send it to a charity of my choice. I was referred by a friend and referred my sister and got $10.00 off my last cut. Not to mention my sister was super stoked with her cut as well. I found my place to relax and get beautifulER!
