I have been going to the location in Lorain since December of 2016. I called yesterday to make an appointment with my usual stylist and was informed that she had left the company. The manager (Alexis) got on the phone and told me that she would be able to help me, that my color profiles were in the computer. So I made an appointment with her for 6:30pm this evening. I informed her that I got off work at 6:30 but that I worked nearby and might only be a couple minutes late. She said this was fine. I arrived to the salon at 6:38 pm. When I told the receptionist what I was there for she was not able to find me in the computer. On their schedule book we both seen where my name had been written in pencil but erased. I was informed that the manager had left at 5 pm. I didnt receive a phone call or nothing to cancel/reschedule the appointment. I will now be looking for another salon. This is bad business/ management at its finest.

First of all just dont go here. Ive tried to give this place a chance at least 4 times. Ive been satisfied once. The first visit they gave me an uneven haircut... then yesterday I went in for a cut and she literally just cut my hair off. It seems like the stylists who work here have outdated techniques... and just dont have vision. Just stay away unless you love the idea of looking like a boy. I mean it makes sense.. they only get 15 minutes with each client... which in itself is a rip off because you can go to best cuts and get the same amount of time in the chair for like, 8 dollars cheaper... if youre going for edgy or a major change... dont waste your time.. make an appointment with a seasoned stylist... who gets more than 15 minutes.

Its a hit or miss with a haircut. The beauticians really REALLY need to listen to their clients when they say how they want their haircut and do it that way not how they think theyll like it.
