We have been going there for years. Even went back after Donna screwed up my 2 year olds hair. And he doesnt move around. Went back on Saturday put our name on the list. There was 4 of us. Donna was at the register at the time. More people came in 15 minutes after we did. She took the little boy right back. When the next person that was called came in 40 minutes after us my wife went and said something. We were told there was 3 more before us. At that point I was very upset and we left. While we where putting the kids in car the little boy they took before us came out the mother mad as crap. They really messed up his hair even after mother asked her.to stop Donna kept cutting. They walked out without paying. So not only did.they loss us 4 forever they also lost the other 5 plus all the people we tell about the crappy service. I will be getting in touch.with the corperate headquarters on Tuesday.

I did not get the color or anything in that matter that I asked for. I had my son with me & he was getting alittle cranky towards the end so I didnt really notice how bad it looked until I got home and really could look at it also when I straightened my hair when I got home it was very choppy so I had to get it recut at A. Anderson and had to get 2 more inches off to even it out. I made it known to a manager how horrible it came out 2 days later because I had been working and she said all that could be done is someone could redo it couldnt even get a refund for something I did not ask for. However I do appreciate the stylists helping with my son when he started getting touchy with some of the stuff but overall I would not risk redoing my hair here and will not return nor recommend.

I wish I could give zero stars. Absolutely horrible. I even saw different stylists. Neither listened to what I wanted. I am trying to grow my hair out. When I asked to trim my neck up--to rid my hair of the mullet look-- she might as well shaved it and then trimmed the rest of my hair, even after I said to stop. Awesome. Time to start all over. Im seriously not sure how these people ever got their professional certificates.

Mary is always so helpful and sweet. Shes willing to stay after shes suppose to be gone just to squeeze me in after a long day of work. Ive never had a problem with her or my hair when shes the one cutting it. Im just disappointed that she doesnt get enough credit that she deserves, her coworkers watch her like a child but Ive never seen why

Tried and true! Weve been here many times and have never had a bad experience. All my family members have always liked their haircuts over the years. Their prices are always reasonable and their stylist are good and friendly. Would, and have, recommended them to many people.
