Was told to be there at 9 They didnt get there until after 9 then they didnt start on my head until 9:50. I spoke with the owner on Monday and advised her that I had to be to work at 3:20 and I asked could two people do my hair and she said yes. When I got there only one person did my hair, then I said something to the owner she said let her finish doing the edges on this other lady head then she was coming to do mine. Well she never came to do mine with the other lady and she thought it was funny. I was late to work plus my hair isnt finish, now in being inconvenience because I have to go back in the morning. They are very unprofessional and they dont keep their word when they say something. Im very unpleased with their service. I will never go there again I will drive to Charlotte if I have to because they could never get my money again.

Worst experience ever. My braid came out the day after they put it in and pulled my hair out in the process. They braided so tight that bumps started to form on my scalp. When I asked to get the braid fixed, she just sewed it to the other braid. And did a crappy job at that (you could see the thread all over the front of my head). I will never be going back to this place. I was not so angry about the braid coming out, and the young girls who did my hair did a good job. What really made me angry was how the owner "fixed" the situation. She did not even try to re-braid the braid and didnt try to please the customer, which shows me she just didnt care.

She is very honest about the care of your hair and she recommends hair products that will help maintain healthy hair. Edges no problem. My edges are healthy as well as my hair. Love You Mary and thanks for your care, patient and your welcoming atmosphere in your shop. Beautiful and clean shop. It felt like home.
