If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Where most of their girls are able to cut hair in a straight line, all it takes is that one girl who cant achieve this simple task to get a hold of your head and youre hair is ruined. Thats sadly what happened to me. I was in shock when I seen how much of my long hair was on the ground. She asked if the cut was okay and all I could say was yeah with a bit of horror in my tone. I wanted out of there before full blown panic attack took hold of me. Since I am a decent person I did attempt to give her a tip but she wouldnt even look at me. Now I have to go find a place to help fix this butchery of my head. Which will take years to come even close to fixing. If you want to take a chance with your hair, its a fine place to go. Ill take my chances as far away from here as I can get reasonably driving.

Its never a good sign when someone leaves a salon in tears. The fact that my friend left the salon with a style that she hated isnt the most upsetting part of her experience. She made a request and the stylist (not sure which) told her no and that it would look stupid. With her feelings hurt, of course she didnt speak up when she saw the finished product. Whether her opinion was justified or not, this stylist really needs to improve her customer service being in the service industry.

WORST haircut experience of my life. Somehow my A-line; which I asked her to leave chin-length, "just take the back up short & re-establish the weight-line", has turned into a pixie. Perhaps she needs to take an anatomy class, as my chin is, in fact, lower than my nose. I told her once she was taking it shorter than I had asked & her reply was "I just dont know how to..." OBVIOUSLY I left before further butchery ensued... friends dont let friends go to great clips
