Absolutely horrible experience. I was in need of a hair cut today and decided to go to this location since I had a coupon. Tracey was the lady thay cut my hair. I had long hair thay came about 2 inches below my shoulder. I asked her to keep the length but to cut my already layers starting at my chin all the way around and going down. I dont know what part of that she didnt get or where she learned to cut layers. No two piece of hair were the same length. She butchered my hair all over to where it literally looked like a lopsided mushroom. At one point I had to tell her to srop cutting. When she was done she wasnt even going to dry my hair. Once I got home and saw the damage done I was utter devastation and absolutely livid. When I went back the manager, Caleb, was super nice and apologetic but the damage was already done. To even it all out, he had to cut my hair to where it barely hits my chin. The long hair is had this morning is no more. If someone with a license to cut hair is capable of ruining someones self esteem in 30 minutes by ruining their hair, they need to find another career.
