My daughter and I just visited your Greensburg salon, and we were both thrilled with the service of our stylist, Hailee. She was very friendly, knowledgeable, accommodating to my 8 year old, and most importantly we looked wonderful afterwards. the ladies at the front desk were nice but never smiled and were not friendly. the girl that cut my hair seemed very inexperienced and even had to get someone else to clean up my layers because she wasnt sure how. the manager whom she brought over to help clean my layers never smiled and seemed annoyed with having to help. overall not a very good experience will most likely not go back.

Terrible experience. I went to Westmoreland mall to get my son and I a haircut. I waited 50 minutes before someone was available to cut my hair. I declined and left after my sons was finished. The manager said they were behind because the person in front of me had a lot of hair. No kidding.

The barber didnt know how to cut..I let him saw the photo of the stlye of the hair and I end up different hair cut not even the same to the style I want..WE paid you for the service BUT you let Your Customer/client unhappy and NOT satisfied........I will never go back again.......
