I have been going to this great clips for the past 6 years today when I got in to get my haircut I was handed a piece of paper explaining to me that I was not able to request a certain stylist anymore. I fully understand that great clips is not an appointment based business like most salons but if a customer comes in off the street and request to wait for a particular stylist you would think the store would be willing to compromise not in this case. I have been working in hospitality as a chef for over 20 years if I had a customer come in and ask me for a steak and my response was to tell them Im limited on the steaks I have and that they had to order the fish and if they didnt like that they could take their business elsewhere. What happened to customer service. Not only did I take my time to fill out this review to voice my concerns but I also called customer service at their corporate headquarters their response was although Great Clips is a franchise they are privately owned businesses and it is up to the owners discretion to implement this rule. To me it sounds like bad business. One customer down good job

This particular Great Clips is horrible there where only 2 stylists that could actually cut hair so I went in today and asked for the stylist I wanted as I have been since we started coming here 9 months ago today I was told I could not request a particular stylist I had to get whoever was next.So this location would rather loose business than do as every other salon does and allow you the stylist of your choice.I would not recommend this Great Clips to anyone customer service is horrible and there are only 2 stylists there that will not destroy your hair so good luck if you visit this location.

As always staff is Awesome, been my regular hair place for the last 6 years. In this time only one cut that I was unhappy with ( me ,2 sons and sometimes wife, thats several trims) In the last few months that check in app has not worked well for us. Anybody else having this issue? Check in with 0 - 8 minutes to wait. Walk in with in 5 minutes and its all of a sudden 40 minutes then gives N/A.... Making it hard when you cant call to find out whos working or even request a stylist. Hopefully it will be worked out before to long.

This used to be my favorite place to get a haircut as I had some stylists that did a great job. Unfortunately I was told a couple months ago that they no longer let you ask for the girls that have cut me and my families hair for years. What a shame because some girls just arent as good as others and I will not be forced to take the next stylist in line.

I always went to great clips and have always been unsatified with there hair cuts I asked for a pixie cut one and all she did was cut the hair up to my cheeks I even held up a picture of exactly what I wanted there is terrible service and no one knows how to cut hair

I went in without checking in online and was getting my hair cut in less than 10 min. Staff was great specially with my 2yr old. Definitely going back. This is my new fav hair salon

Horrible...by far the worst haircut in over 50 years, wouldnt send a dog to be groomed,such a shame, if people dont like the job get out of the way for someone more qualified
