I usually love this location, but recently had a bad visit. I went there last week and encountered someone who had to be the most miserable retail employee of all time. Incredibly rude for no apparent reason, had no clue what the Benefit cosmetics promotion/free gift was (even though there were huge signs in the store about it), and was just generally a bad employee. To make a somewhat long story short I didnt get the free gift (even though I purchased well over the price range for it), most likely because this girl literally had no idea what was going on or was just too lazy to figure it out, and Ill probably never go there again- unless I feel like having somebody give me dirty looks and roll their eyes at me. However, corporate was nice to me when I called them about it :) .

I go here for my hair not only do they do a great professional job they always have promotions going on so that its cheap. For instance today got a wash cut and style for 22 bucks and it looks fabulous and the price is nothing to sneer at. Ive paid much more at other salons for half the quality
