Ive gone to my Greensburg Great Clips about once a year for about 3 yrs and never had a problem. My last visit the stylist was afraid to cut my hair as short as I requested, so she just cut a little at a time, which I really appreciated her for making sure I wanted what I requested. She even made sure everything was just so. She even gave me a discount because I lost my coupon. Of course I tipped her and I will stick with My Great Clips.

what I wanted was the top of my hair a little longer and the sides shorter. both sides are different lengths and the top is seriously different lengths throughout. she kept jabbing my head with the clippers. only reason I didnt give a 1 star is you cant say an entire business sucks over one experience but I will not be going back.

I got a haircut on Friday, dry cut was in a hurry and they were closing in half hour. It was uneven and just not what I wanted. I called went back in, manager Mindy cut it, she washed it twice, conditioned it. Cut was great and coupon for free cut. Great job, great person. Will return.

On my first visit, the stylist butchered my hair. When I tried a second time, the manager was rude. WILL NOT return and will definitely be sure to warn everyone I know of this location! No wonder the waiting room was empty! No one in their right mind will go to Great Clips Greensburg!

Very nice people but a nice personality cant bring my hair back. My hair was below my boobs and when I left, it was up to my collar bone. I asked for a trim that was only supposed to take off 1 1/2 inches when it turned out to be 5 inches. I guess you get what you pay for.

I had a terrible experience at Great Clips. Im not sure if my stylist was new but she didnt listen to a thing I said. Needless to say my hair looked terrible and I was left looking for another shop to fix it.
