I took my truck to be washed and cleaned on Friday, my family car on Saturday and returned on Monday to purchase a few things from the gift shop. The first experience I asked that they concentrate on vacuuming and cleaning the console. Neither which was done to include the pollen that had accumulated in the inside of the doors. Had to go home and finish what they started. The second trip asked that the vacuum be done better than the day before. Had to finish that too. The third trip I waited and waited along with several others who had paid and their car was sitting in the lot. All they needed was keys. When the gentleman with the blonde hair and the hat was asked he was very rude stating that "they were trying to take care of everybody, someone would be in there in a minute." The same unfriendliness was experienced the first trip by the gentleman with the dark hair who rang me up. Both these men were the older men. Very unhappy employees they were and now I am a very unhappy customer..... The car wash that you run through and the vacuum you purchase for a $1.00 is as good.

I own a 2014 Camaro, as a careful car owner, I try to maintain a clean, undamaged car. I paid for the highest car wash option possible, the 25.99 option. I received my car back, still dirty inside. The cup holders were untouched. The inside of my car had even got wet from the car wash. The bottom of the car when u open the door on the drivers side still had dirt on it as well. Seemed to be untouched. The headlights still had bug residue all over it. There was a black tar substance all over the outside of the car in patches, i had to rub that off myself. When going back to complain and explain the issue of the headlights and black tar all over, i spoke with a older man. His response was "seems good to me now" after cleaning my headlights with a dry rag. Will not return.

I have automatic mirrors that do not adjust by hand even when very good pressure is applied. The older man with long grey hair pushed so hard on both of them that I couldnt see anything but road and sky on my ride home and now the auto controls dont even work to adjust them anymore. I was even nice enough to still stop and the response I got was "do you have your receipt (which I did but was not told to keep). The car isnt very clean either.. I should have just went to a self service wash. I hope this company contacts me to correct the situation.

They did a great job, but were woefully understaffed for a Saturday afternoon in July. It took almost 75 minutes from start to finish, and that was with a basic interior/exterior wash and only about 6 cars in front of me waiting to go through the wash. Since others have mentioned it, Im not sure why anyone would bring their car here for an oil change - the posted price inside is $75!

I went by 1/21/14 for a oil change but mechanic was at Dr. This is OK. Went by 1/22/14 in AM but mechanic was gone to get parts.Went back later and was told mechanic was fixing a motorcycle in oil change bay and could not get to me today. Three trips there and no oil change. Why advertise oil change if mechanic is busy with side jobs.

I had to get my car washed and this was the only car wash in the area so I decided to try beach buffers. The wait was somewhat long but the service was terrible. The workers were nasty and when I told the manager he was worse than the workers!!! There is something really wrong with this place by all means DONT GO HERE !

This place is horrible I wouldnt recommend it. They cleaned my car, but when it was done u couldve done a better job. They dont even wipe the inside of the car done very good. Just vacuum and it take through a drive thru carwash. The workers arent friendly and very unprofessional.

Been taking my vehicles to Beach Buffers for years, always polite and friendly staff. Love the clean and shiny vehicle that I can take home! Have had my 4 runner detailed and waxed - looked great and I was very impressed. I am a long time customer and will keep coming back.

An employee named Chris has been rude to me on a number of occasions. Swearing under his breath. I complained to the owner but nothing was done. Im never going back and I would not recommend this place to anyone!

if you want the job done right by a nice crew. go to detricks car wash on 544. they do full service there and the workers are always nice and the owner checks the cars before they leave the lot

Took forever, couldnt find anyone to pay for car wash, just bought my new 2017 car week prior to visit, only to have the passenger side interior molding scrapped with something!!!!

Rod from Beach Buffers is extremely rude and refused service before he even asked me what service i wanted. VERY dissatisfied and would NOT recommend them to anybody!!!
