I called in a party tray to this location and informed them that i would pick it up in 15 min. When i arrived they told me that they will start making it as if i didnt call it in. Why would i call an order in for them to cook it when i get there?? The only reason i am giving 2 stars to this location is because i love the companys food and values.

Went to this store last night at 7 pm sat in the drive thru FOREVER and asked for 2 salads without meat and they told me that they were not making special order salads. I thought that was very weird. Had to go all the way over to the Galleria to get what I wanted. They said they could not believe that I was told that at the other store.

The service is fast and the workers are super polite and nice. We have never had a problem there but today I ordered two kids meals and there were no nuggets! We went back and they apologized and gave us the nuggets. One of them ended up being gross and fatty otherwise they were fine. Guess they were having a off day?.

This has the best service of any fast food restaurant. Mickey comes around and refills drinks with a smile. Kids can play in the indoor play area and trade in their meal toy for an ice cream cone. The reason I didnt give them 5 stars is that on occasion the chicken is not completely cooked and we have to take it back.

Great food, fast service, and amazing people. This location is usually packed when I go, and for good reason. Even when theyre busy, they are quick and efficient, and always smile and talk to you like a friend. Easily my favorite fast food place, I just wish I lived closer. Keep up the good work!

The hospitality here was superb. They accommodated my request for a lettuce wrap, perfectly composed our order even though we were a huge party. They even gave us a free order of waffle fries, just because we had never tried them before. The food was of high quality and very tasty.

Its Chick Fil A. Theres nothing bad about it...except the soup is a little weird...well, the idea of soup at a fast food reataurant. Fast Food should be fried...like the original CFA sandwich and Waffle Fries. Chickn Minis are a pretty fantastic non-biscuit breakfast option.

Cant get enough of this place! Staff are great and courteous. The store operator is humble and always hospitable. You can see example the staff are following. The food is super addictive. I dont think Ive ever got something to go that actually made it to my destination!

We went here on a Saturday night 30 minutes before they were closing. The staff was wonderful! The food was fresh and delicious! Our youth group was happy to be treated so well and made our trip back to Charleston so much more enjoyable! Highly recommend! !

Best fast food in town! Food is always delicious and employees are always fast, friendly, and professional. That is very hard to find in fast food restaurants these days. Thank you Chick-fil-A for providing a pleasant experience everytime we visit.

THEY SERVED ME A RAW CHICK FIL A BISCUIT TODAY. FIRST OFF THE PATTY WAS TINY , SECOND- THE CHICKEN WAS RAW AND DISGUSTING, THIRD- ALL THEY DID WAS GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK. THEY BETTER HOPE I DONT GET SICK. NEVER GOING BACK , THIS PLACE IS GARBAGE.

It definitely was the 1st time for my husband and I to eat here. The service was absolutely amazing. The staff were very kind and courtesy. I definetly would recommend it to anyone. The food was excellent. Thank you from the Pariagas.

Friendliest staff at this location. They make it very easy to take toddlers . The food is good and love the variety. There are also healthy options such as fruit which we got and it was loaded with blueberries and strawberries.

This Chick-fil-a always provides great service and food quality. It can be quite busy at lunch but the new One app is great since you can pre order your food before you arrive so you wont have to wait in line.

Best chain fast food restaurant anywhere. Healthy menu options are a big plus. Grilled chicken sandwich, wraps and salads. I go to CFA all the time! Family loves it. Service is ALWAYS good!

Not enough staff for the volume of customers and not the cleanest Chick-fil-A Ive been to, but quality of the food was still what you would expect and staff that was there was great.

Pretty typical chik fil a, good service, even when they are busy. Plenty of high chairs for the little ones. Play place needs a good cleaning in my opinion, but its not too bad.
