my husband and I had our encounter with tflats today.. i have to say customer service was excellent!!! although we received our food rather quickly; my husbands burrito was good size but as soon as he bit into it water shot out of the burrito, we did not think much of it but my husbands face said it all. he turned the burrito upside down and water ..... not seasoned juice.. but water poured out and kept pouring out, could have easily filled a 4oz cup.... the manager was prompt and courteous in bringing another burrito, both burritos tasted like there was no seasoning but second was less watery.. still absolutlely no flavor. being in the restaurant business for almost 20 years we were very disappointed in the food. the other concern was the atmosphere... although new and very clean, the choice of music has nothing to do with Mexican food we listened to Jay Z and Beyonce and other hip hop songs. Having a big musical icon, like Juan Gabriel passing this week you think the choice of music would adhere to the atmosphere and culture of the restaurant. Both stars are for customer service which was good!

Came in during dinner rush, and food took quite a while to come out. I dont blame them though they were packed and super attentive to those waiting. Just like any Tflats, they hire almost exclusively attractive young women. For some thats a plus I suppose. The only reason Im leaving this as a 2 star and not a five star is because the burrito I was served was hilariously flat and empty, looked like a tortilla that was folded around a slim smartphone. Im paying $12 for a quick meal here and there are options across the street, I expect my moneys worth. Im sure theyll get better and better in time as they get the right routine going. Another thing that bugged me was that its pretty clear that if you want to work here you have to be a slim, pretty girl 16-25 or they wont even call you back except for a kitchen job, which kind of makes me lose respect for management.

Very long wait for non authentic tex mex food!!!!! Ridiculous!!!! Simple foods like nachos with melted cheese, two tacoes, beef nachoes take over 15 min. Whats worse is waiting over 15 min and your food is nasty. I ordered beef nachoes with globs of shredded unmelted cheese. The wrong kind of cheese. It should of been the melted kind. Barely any beef. Wheres the beef??? Simple foods not worth paying over 5 dollars. The person taking the order always mispells my simple name. Is the cook leaving the country to get the ingridients for my food. How rude to stand and wait there for over 15 min. And it wasnt even busy!!!

Excellent customer service. Ordered takeout in the restaurant and sat down to wait. After waiting for an unusual amount of time I asked for the status of our food. Turns out due to a mix up our food was given to another person with the same name. As soon as this was realized the manager apologized profusely, immediately refunded my money, offered extra food, and had our order ready in 5 minutes. Mix ups happen and they are never fun (especially when youre starving) but it was handled quickly and with a very good attitude. This kind of customer service is few and far between these days. So good job Tijuana Flats!

The food is great, but the customer service is AMAZING! I went in just to buy Rasta Sauce for my husband but they were out. As a matter of fact, the nearest chains were out as well. An off-duty waitress of theirs entertained my kids while one of the guys at the counter not only looked up a place where I could buy some, but called them to make sure they had it in, AND printed out directions and the phone number for me. I was goosebumps head to toe with the wonderful giving nature of these people. And I wasnt even there to get food... Just INCREDIBLE customer service! I HIGHLY recommend this restaurant!

This is a new location for tijuana flats, the staff did okay. It was packed with people long line almost all tables were took. But that is due to the fact they just opened a few days ago. My food was cold like not one inch of it was even warm you can tell they cook all food in advance so its easier to prepare. However they gave me a big burrito but most of it was lettuce and guacamole I had maybe 5 tiny peices of steak in my burrito very sad about that. Until they get more experience I will be going to the one on international.

This is a very cool and hip looking restaurant. However, the food I had ordered was not the same way. I order everything plain. No lettuce, onions, or tomatoes. Things like that. I ordered it to go. Unfortunately when I got home my food was not plain. I ordered two tacos with chicken and a order of chicken nachos. I picked out what I could but by then I was in no mood to eat it. I get grossed out by tomatoes and onion. I can live with just removing the lettuce. The hot sauce bar was cool, thats why I gave it two stars.

We love Taco Tuesdays! The tacos are fresh and delicious and they even come with drink. There are lots of signature sauces with plenty of great flavor profiles too. The restaurant is always clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. We particularly want to mention Jasmine and John as being very hard working and extra awesome whenever we come in.

A lot of fun! Good food & new management. The negative postings were most likely the staff that was just terminated for bad attitudes & service on those dates. Great value for your money. Kids eat free on Sundays I think too. Free beer night on Thursday until keg blows.

Amazing good freshly made! Left very content and happy. Service is great and you get your food pretty fast compared to other places! Kids menu is small but perfect for picky children. Grab a menu, order at the counter, take a seat, and prepare for awesome food!

Hands down the best fast casual Mexican place in the area!!! Try the nachos!!! You will be stuffed to the brim with cheesy goodness!!! Only negative is they dont really have any salsa... lots of Hot Sauce, but no salsa unless you ask for it

isb location is infinitely better..theyre kind of slow here. The food is never as good as Daytona location. Seating isnt really comfortable and the table are really close together making it complicated for people to sit behind someone.

Staff as always was very delightful!! I sat outside patio and the girl even came out and said was everything Okay!! Ordered a taco enchilada and a cold Corona with lime!! Yummy!!

Pretty nice place. Have a great Tuesday deal. Two Tacos, chips and a drink for 5.99! If you are looking for something different its great place to try. Not a romantic atmosphere.

T-flats is the best at what they do. Fast casual tex-mex that wont break the bank, but will break your taste buds..... In a good way. Great staff and location.
