The food was pretty decent, however, the staff was uninterested. The original hostess took my order four times, each time adding a correction. The order was; Ultimate chicken nachos with no jalapeños, guac, or tomatoes and add refried beans with two medium drinks. Once seated and the food was brought the hostess ignored my wifes existence. A moment later she brought an extra plate for my wife and just tossed it onto the table. Finally, during the duration of my meal I was given a free show of the manager at the booth in front of me. The whole time, about fifteen minutes, he complained about local law enforcement. He made comments such as "they need should have a constant third party checking everything they do" and how If they wanted 5% more added to their retirement they should have gotten a better job. "Its not [his] fault they have to do 20 years and [he] gets to retire in 12." This was just a few of the ridiculous statements he made. Definitely not worth anyones business. I advise going to taco bell down the road or Panda Express next door.

Rather disappointed. Im very in tune with my body. When I called them and asked if their food is non GMO they said yes. I was glad to hear that because I wanted to try another Mexican grill place other than chipotle. I ordered the refried beans quesadilla (7-28-2017). Not only I felt i received little amount of food, the tortilla flower was dry, it was small. Didnt taste that great or fresh. I felt very tired after eating it and a little out of place. I immediately knew after eating it from my bodys reaction/chest pain the so called "food" was filled with preservatives and GMOs. Waste of time, money and not good for your health. Chipotle next door tasted way better, got more for my money and it cost less and not to mention GMO free! The reason why Im giving this review a 2 star is, the staff was friendly and accommodating. However i was tempted to give it a 1 star for someone lieing to me the ingrediates are fresh and non GMO.

If youve ever had authentic mexican food at a family style restaurant, this place is not cutting it for you. This restaurant is NOT that. Thata what i expected, so you can understand why I was so disappointed. Why is my sangria in a plastic cup? Why is my food on a plastic plate? Besides not liking the customer experience (i sat to eat, but had to get up and order my food?), the food was sub par, and the proportions are not filling you up. Even chipotle gives you better tasting food with more proportionate amounts of food. HIGHLY dissapointed.

Very busy but food was good and service was great, They advertised 50 percent off for military but they used some kind of new math to figure it so ended up only being $1.50 off a $15.00 bill. They tried to explain how they got there but it just made me mad. But I did not go there for the discount, I went there because this was the first Tijuana Flats we ever went to years ago so we always go back where we are there. We frequent the ones here a home too, they are very consistent across the chain. But 50% off was a JOKE!

This is--hands down-my all time favorite place to go eat!! (Opposed to going to McDonalds or taco bell in a pinch!) Price is just as amazing to brag about as well. Its location is super great--right off i95 and in the heart of daytona for locals to get to from anywhere in town!! Staff is so friendly, smiles, up beat, they make it a very comfortable, fun, and inviting atmosphere. I just love this place its awesome. Every part!

This place is the best around for Mexican food. The food tastes great, always hot(Im not a hot sauce guy but they accommodate everyone, especially those who do enjoy a little heat(or a lot :) )). The manager knows just about everyones name and is always willing to go above and beyond to make sure the customer is happy. And for my fellow germaphobes, the restaurant is VERY clean and well taken care of. Keep up the good work!

I love tijuana flats in general, but will honestly never visit this location ever again. I used to go weekly (sometime 2x a week) for taco tuesday, but after the manager Josh was completely unprofessional and rude to myself and my friend, I will no longer spend my money at this location. I will miss taco tuesdays in the office but will save my money for the Port Orange location. Will never eat here again.

Come to this location every Tuesday and friday for the last 5 years. Besides outstanding taste and variety this place tops it off with amazing service and attention from not only staff but manager himself! Even bring the fam for a quick dinner at times. Its just a great place with great food topping it off with great service! Doesnt get better then this! U GUYS ROCK!

Our family goes to Tijuana Flats about once a week, and my kids always want to go on their birthdays. The staff is very friendly and the food is fantastic! Weve never had a bad experience there, though occasionally we have to wait for an open table. Its packed in there for a reason! Highly recommend this restaurant, you wont be disappointed!

I always have a great experience here. Service is fast and they always make sure they ask if you need anything. Burritos are always stuffed! :) just takes me 30 mind to get there :( but its well worth it. They just opened a new tijuana in port orange Im gonna try them out today hopefully its as good as this one. I love tijuana flats!

I have no clue how someone said the meal portions were good for the price. Food was good , nothing special , but for the price the portions were unbelievable. Paid almost 30 dollars for take out and couldnt fill up two people. And definetly not Tex-Mex style , very disappointed with everything. Dont waste your time or money here.

You must eat here!! We were visiting from out of town and decided to go here, and so happy we did! The wait staff and management are super nice and the food is amazing! They have a huge hot sauce bar to help yourself too. The bar ranges from really hot to hot/sweet. Great value. Meals are all customizable.

The family friendly atmosphere is such a hime feeling and Josh always makes you feel like your part of the family and so welcomed!! Every week Im here for Taco Tuesdays (great deal), and besides the tight line space when busy (single file folks) this place rocks! The food is always great, the service attentive and fast, and the owner goes out of his way to greet the customer every visit, while still helping his employees. Kudos!

My favorite tiajuana location! Manager is extremely personable and all of the employees are exceedingly friendly. Always full of repeat customers so that speaks to the quality and service. Youll likely get asked if you need a refill or anything else 10 times before you leave, very prompt service.
