Excellent Firehouse Subs... a chain shop that we think provides one of the freshest sub or salad offerings available. As compared to other sub shops, this place is not cheap but you do seem to get what you pay for. Crisp, fresh salad and trimmings with good dressings, and fresh bread on the subs with plenty of stuff packed inside. Skip the area though when the track is running. Plan accordingly. Good fresh food. Nice staff. Clean facility (usually). Moderate sized strip-mall style parking lot.

Probably my favorite sub shop in the area. I love their steak and cheese! Service is normally pretty good, even around the lunchtime rush. You can definitely get in and out within an hour.

The beef brisket at Firehouse subs is fabulous. My wife and I buy the large sandwich and split it. They put it in two baskets. We could eat there every day. Incredibly friendly staff.

They have the best vegetarian sub! Sauteed green peppers, mushrooms, 3 kinds of cheese, spicy mustard, mayonnaise, Italian dressing all on a toasty bun. Yum!
