Overall awful. Went through drive through and ordered two meals together paid with card get home and my food is wrong I go back speak with a manger tabitha who has no record of my order they did not give us a receipt and then she refuses to give me a refund, my right food, andthen takes my food that was wrong away. Then my girlfriend who paid it tries calling and the girl tabitha tells her that I gave the wrong information about the order and basically lied with me sitting next to her then made her PAY for the food we should have gotten. Needless to say we will never eat there again and will be writing the owner and corporate about this. I have never been treated this way working in or ordering in restaurants and this was an outrage.

Girl had a very dificult time getting my order. Had to repeat it four times for her to finally key it in. She kept trying to recommend doing different meals instead of individual items but then it kept not working out and she had to clear everything and have me order over again. I only wanted two chicken sandwiches, two fries, and four milkshakes so I dont know why it took so long. Otherwise food was good just like Chick-fil-A always is. Hopefully it was just a new girl or a one time thing.

Visited this store at 10:19, waited in the drive through line until it was my turn at 10:26 and was refused breakfast. Its not a surprise they have long lines that typically move fast in relation to how long it is, so its not a stretch to think if you make there before 10:30 they would take wait time into account. They did not. I offered to wait so they could prepare a breakfast sandwich, they passed. I have yet to return.

Port Orange Chick-Fil-A has always been spot-on, for me. Clean, good customer interaction, and awesome fast-food chicken sandwiches. Chick-fil-A, aka Jesus Chicken, is simply the best. They actually use real chicken compared to guys who sell things under golden arches. Spicy chicken sandwich is the best overall, and their breakfast selections are worth the time. Your tastebuds will thank you.

Food is great but the manager seems to be kinda rude. Had a problem with the chick fil a app, and in the background he was complaining about me wanting a refund from THEIR mistake Rather go to the one on international, they handle situations better and i dont hear managers complaining about a customer while the customer is ON THE PHONE. Food is good though.

I ordered a chicken sandwich with cheese. I did not recieve cheese. I was told i did not pay for cheese and that i would need to pay for it. The lady was extremely rude to me i told her i did ask for cheese. She said oh well its not on the ticket so pay for it. Just rude. I do not like bad service. I do not return to places with service like that.

Always disappointing to visit this location every Saturday morning and the service for breakfast is unbelievably unorganized and frustrating. Consistently, we have to wait for coffee, and breakfast food. What breakfast fast food reataurant routinely runs out of coffee?! Chic fil A .... you are better than this location and service represent.

Its Chick-fil-A and this one stands true to Chick-fil-A standards. With a customer first mentality the crew members are always kind, helpful and polite. The food tastes great and the kid play are makes it a hit with the littles!! They also have mobile order so if you are low on time or just want convenience go ahead an order they the app!!

Always great quality when it comes to food and customer service. Giving 3 stars because the last two times we ordered from this location we each individually asked for sauce and none was given, even after they specifically repeated our order back to us. This is the first time Ive ever been disappointed with CFA.

My drive thru experience was fast and overall great. They were busy so a couple employees were outside with iPads helping to supplement orders. Awesome. My chicken sammy was hot and delicious. And the waffle fries were packed full in the box. Did the taste of the Polynesian sauce change??

Never disappointed at this location. I usually get a salad and tea for myself. Salads are always fresh. Lettuce and tomatoes are top notch. Tea is fresh tasting. I wish other higher priced restaurants were as careful in keeping fresh ingredients.

Great food! This has to be the best chicken in town. Sometimes there is a line but you have to wait for greatness sometimes. The employees are very nice and happy to help. The building is kept in a good condition. The interior is always clean.

Despite the long drive thru line, and the long line inside, I was served quickly with a smile and a few quirky jokes, and it made my experience delightful! My good is hot, fresh and tasty, and all employees were courteous.

I dont get to Chick Fil A to often because we dont have one in my area. I have to say though its pretty darn good. Only one complaint... Fries a bit soggy but could have been because I transported them home.

Its ridiculous how you charge a dollar and $0.16 for a side salad on a a meal when youre already paying $6.49 for it so thats like almost $8 for a meal its ridiculous

Amazing service for fast food, the food isnt as good as other Chick fil as, but its still way better than almost every other fast food restaurant out there.
