It amazes me when I see people that try to lie about a business that is an asset to our community. My child has been at Little Heroes Academy since he was an infant. I have been in and out of this early childhood learning center for 6 years. I have been in the building with a niece 7 years prior. I know what it was then and what it is now. These owners have made tremendous progress with this childcare. The prior statements are completely false. For one.....Mrs. Baideme has had two children in the care of this provider for over a year. It amazes me to see this parent make such accusations within just weeks of her departure. If she thought it was so bad then why did she take over a year to leave? Are you made because you chose to not follow policies as all parents are required to do or are you made because the owner did not bend the rules for you? Why would you try degrade a great center when we have very few in Clarksville that work as hard as this family? SHAME on you!! Rebecca Hallberg......shame on you! Yes, you worked at Little Heroes Academy! Ms. Melody gave you hours to keep you in a job! You agreed to give breaks to keep your full time hours. Werent you her kindergarten student?? I also understand that your father sent you there to learn something.....to make something out of your life.....shame on you for not learning BETTER. It is your choice to make something better than what I have read here! I thought you had great potential. Yes. You did not work summers. The owners did not have to give you the summers off to work at APSU! They did not have to hold your position each year. Where you not the teacher that left a CHILD ASLEEP on their cot when you lined the children up for the playground? If it wasnt for the office staff monitoring.....you would have been fired. Oh! Thats right Ms. Melody didnt fire you because the office staff caught it as you were walking out. Yes, my child was in your room. I give this center 5 stars. Not only have they kept their 3 stars but have been accreditation by NAEYC. The teachers work very hard with every child. The office staff works very hard to maintain every person needs. I ask that those that read this......the two are friends (Baideme & Hallberg) and have tried to recruit others to hurt this wonderful place. I am thrilled with the progress my child has had. I can not say enough. I am thankful for the owner and her family. I have worried many, many times that she does not get enough sleep. She is always working for the families. She loves her military families and tries very hard to meet their needs! Please know that this center does not deserve to have such nonsense written about them. It is nonsense....written by unthankful people. Check Little Heroes Academy out. ;)

The families of Clarksville are so very blessed to have Sharon Golden in their area with Little Heroes Academy. It was with great sadness, last fall, that I learned that Sharon would be leaving the preschool in our area, where she was the director, to move to Clarksville to begin this endeavor. I knew, however, that it was perfect for her and for the people of Clarksville, since she is the wife of a revered American soldier/hero, and the devoted mom to an absolutely wonderful child. She is a Christian soldier. She is a hero for children first and foremost, and she understands children (not to mention their parents), and she understands what children need to be successful. Sharon is a true soldier and hero in a league all her own. Ive never met anyone like her, and I cant describe how blessed I feel to have had her in my childs life, not to mention mine. If I could have left my child at her school for many years to come, I would have, but children have to grow up and move on. Thanks to Sharon, my child is able to do that. Sharon soldiers on to always do what is best for any child so that each child will have the best chance to be successful. She understands that children are not cookie cutters. If a child has special challenges, she (as Christ would do) asks herself HOW she can help, not WHETHER she can help, which is what most schools ask themselves. She went above and beyond to help my child, and we were strangers when my child started in her preschool a few years ago. She was never too busy or unavailable to find a time to chat when I needed to talk. I understand my child better because of Sharons keen insight. She well understands the world around us which is often difficult for children and parents to navigate. Her professional educational expertise allows her to understand humanity and people in a unique way. Sharon always lives truth and is driven by her Christian heart. She also lives the life of a soldiers family, so she would have a unique understanding of many families in Clarksville specifically and what they go through. I would recommend any child to be put in her care: not just for an amazing educational start in life, but for a true Christian outlook and perspective to be fostered, by her and anyone she leads on her team. While at her school, I absolutely felt that my child was embraced by the love of Christ because of Sharons example and leadership to all. My child was happy, loved, safe, learning, progressing, and succeeding. She upholds the very highest in educational and moral standards. She is an excellent example of how people should treat others with hope and love. Congratulations, Clarksville, for you have struck gold.

As an employee of LHA I would like to comment on all of the negative things I have been reading. Lets first address the owner/director. Sharon Golden is just that to many "Golden". I have never seen her be rude to another human being. I have seen others take advantage of her kindness; to be honest that has been the topic of our conversation, seeing that I work in the front office. Situations come and I want to let people know whats not right off the bat but not Mrs. Sharon shes the one saying "I will give them another chance and another and another. Do we have problems? Yes, everyone does, it all depends on how we handle them. Mrs. Golden handles them in a Christian way. Next thing that I would like to discuss is what people choose to put on social media and other sites as this one. Are you not thinking about the lives you are infecting with your remarks? My word tells me in Matthew 18:15-17 "moreover if your brother sins against you, go and tell him his fault between you and him alone. If he hears you, you have gained your brother. But if he will not hear, take with you one or two more, that by the mouth of two or three witnesses every word may be established. And if he refuses to hear them, tell it to the church. But if he refuses to hear the church, let him be to you like a heathen and a tax collector." I ask how my of these negative people has addressed your comments and/or concerns to Mrs Golden? If you havent then Im to believe you are not walking in the way God has instructed. Again, you are infecting other lives...such as mine. No one desires to see their place of employment with negative reviews that are not true. Believe me if it was I would be the one stating it. This is why we have DHS and other agencies over us helping maintain the safety of the children we care for. Know what you are saying to be a fact before you put it out for others to read. And to the other people that know LHA, the Golden family and staff, if you know something isnt true comment, if it is comment. For we all have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God, Romans 3:23. Everyone is walking, talking and living by Gods grace and mercy. No one got up today because they choose to. If someone has wronged you go to that person and get it right and stop messing with peoples businesses and lives. For we will not see our Creators face with unforgiveness in our hearts. Now I feel better for its done.
