I selected this location because it seemed to be a local establishment that I could send my wife to while I was deployed and I wanted to support small businesses in Clarksville. I wrong! When I spoke to them on Friday they said they could get the tire I needed at another location and wouldn’t charge me a freight charge because they were going there already but when my wife got there to get the tire Saturday they added a $27.00 for the freight. The original price that they quoted me was not even close. They told my wife that they hadn’t added the tax in but they had in fact done so when I spoke to them. They were extremely rude to my wife and treated as though she was unintelligent because she was not an expert in tires. I am going to do everything in my power to ensure that other military folks do not go to this shop!! Please don’t send your family there or go this location yourself. They were extremely RUDE and when I asked why the lady stated that she was rude because my wife rolled her eyes when she was asked to move her vehicle. This is how she justified it. Totally unprofessional, disingenuous and a very discourteous staff! STAY AWAY, BE WARNED!!! Unfriendly to the military!

I recently visited a Raben Tire and Auto Service shop in Clarksville, Tennessee. The previously owned shop I visited for many years was recent purchase by Rabin and I wanted to give them a try at my business. I dropped off four aluminum painted wheels for summer tire mounting and balancing. When I returned home with newly mounted tires, I noticed each one of my wheels was damaged. The staff did not use rubber bumpers or guards when using the tire mounting machine, resulting in each wheel recieving damage to the paint on the inside barrel, and scratches and deep gouges in the aluminum. Needless to say, I am unhappy with the service I received and the damage to my wheels.

I went to them because it was recommended to me by a friend . As a woman, I often have businesses try to overcharge me and add stuff I dont need. These folks are incredible! They listen, and have a great sense of humor, making me feel comfortable and welcomed. Mike took me to work while my vehicle was being worked on. Tim, the other gentlemen that was there was helpful and answered all my questions without making me feel like I was stupid , so did Mike . I had a wonderful experience there and I will definitely be going back. Hopefully, anyone who had a bad experience will give these wonderful people a chance.

Spent literally, all day here. Went in for an electrical problem with my trailer brakes, they decided I needed all new trailer brakes. I waited 7 hrs for them to do that. Not the problem when I told them to look for something electrical. They figured out it was a pin in my connection, another 3 hrs. A month later, my trailer brakes are squeaking and they arent working correctly. Im extremely disappointed being a constant traveler.

Great service! My husbands SUV had a slow leak in one tire and they easily found the culprit (a nail). I was in and out in no time. They were all very polite, efficient, and helpful. If I need any other services, Ill definitely be back and I highly recommend this business.

This is a very honest company we will highly recommend them and always be back :) We got there thinking we need a new tire and instead of selling us a new tire they fixed ours , they saved us $200 very honest and nice company very happy thank you so much
