The lady that works the front desk and answers phones is about as rude as can be. You should seriously consider replacing her. Osama Binladin would make a better secretary than her. Mechanics are good, had an exhaust system installed there, and no problems. Was quoted $750 for a gear swap though (me including all the parts) which is insanely high. But seriously, someone teach that woman up front some customer service or find her a job that doesnt in involve talking to customers. I will never be back, would rather do the work myself and screw it up or drive 100 miles to somewhere else than have to speak to that woman again...

Were on a cross-country trip and broke down in Dickson, TN yesterday. Luckily Unlimited was across the street from the Walmart we were stopped at and even though they were full, they took us in to look it over. They told us what the issues were (with our diesel f250) and that they didnt have the tools to fix it, however they pointed us in the right direction and were extremely courteous to us! If we ever drive back through Dickson, well come by to say hi because these mechanics are awesome!
