We are frustrated ! We use this storage place to keep our things and our antique Volkswagen van, which during this time has been dented and scratch at the right side. We sought help from the management with no concern demonstrated. We were told by the Police that they were not very cooperative with them ether. It really bothered us that in the beginning, we were told how much they care and have such a good security system. They showed us the location and the camera showed our vehicle very clearly. This gave us the confidence to pay to use their storage service, until we buy our home.... The problem began when we were told that the gates were not working properly for at least a month. They were unable to tell the police the last time the boat and trailer parked next to us entered or left the facility as this is the side of the vehicle that was damaged. This made investigating this issue nearly impossible. When the Police requested to see the tapes we were told by the lt. and the Officer that the tapes were very blurry and the tapes did not cover the time the gates were down. The officers believed it was a trailer that caused the damage. When asked for information about the tenant next to us or for them to be contacted, the management did nothing and did not cooperate with the police. This management group is not interested in helping customers to get resolution and have washed their hands of the damage to our vehicle.

We have used Extra Space Storage, Collierville, TN for approximately 3 years for my husbands boat and also rented a storage unit. From our first introduction, we were impressed. The property is spotless, and the staff and security are amazing. It is necessary to enter a code to enter and to leave. Because we are moving out of state, last night I emptied our unit and removed the lock. Today I received a call from Extra Space checking to see if I was the one who removed the lock. Unit locks are checked daily. I cannot recommend Extra Space enough. I cant speak about other locations but if you are in the area and need a safe place for your items, this is where you need to go.

My recent experience at Extra Space Storage has been phenomenal. My fiancé and I were looking to store our furniture as we transitioned between homes and were stressed out about the entire process. However, upon my visit to this store, our stress was lifted when we met Kanesha. She totally put out minds at ease and provided excellent customer service. She rented us a storage that would fit our needs as well as a price range that was suitable for our tight budget. Thank you Kanesha for all your help. You just dont find customer service that awesome anymore. I would define recommend this place to anyone!

I contacted Extra Space Storage facility and after several failed attempts at another company to find out information about how renting storage units works. I contacted this facility and I spoke Kanesha (not sure on the spelling), but she was AMAZING! She was extremely knowledgeable about what they had to offer, pricing, and her customer service was outstanding! Visited this location late one evening and had the experience of being serviced by Kanesha and Lisa, these ladies were wonderful and had the best customer service Ive experienced in a very long time. It was late and they were about to close, but the ladies were very patient and helpful. I kept apologizing for visiting at the last minute and they insisted that I calm down and get everything I needed. The young lady who assisted me with my unit was awesome sauce! Her name is Kanesha Liddell. I have used Extra Space Storage several times in various places over the last 12 years. EVERY time I am always VERY pleased with the service and my things have always been safe. I love the fact that the workers always keep the property so clean, no problems with bugs, insects or rodents, and they are always walking the property and keeping an eye on things! Kudos to Extra Space staff! Kee up the great work!

Reserved a storage unit on-line, received a call the next morning from Kneisha asking when I would like to come in and fill out the paperwork. I came in that afternoon, and by 8:00 pm that night, I had filled up my storage unit in less than 24 hours. Their customer service is great, security access is excellent and I would recommend them to anyone who needs a storage unit.

She also found me a unit closer to the door so that the movers wouldnt charge me more for time carrying items to units further down the hallway!
